HKS Harlem Finests Unisex Salon

My first time visiting HKS Salon. Its located in the heart of Harlem. On 120^th & Lenox Ave. The salon/​barbershop is in a brownstone on the corner of the street. The inside of the salon is gorgeous, very clean. They’re are seperate rooms and floors for different stylists and barbers.
I came to get a Silk Press. My stylists name was Kenisha. She did a great job. She has old school press iron that I like, which a lot of shops in Harlem don’t carry anymore. She charged me $ 45 I chose to deep condition which was extra $ 10. This is extremely affordable to me being a single living in NYC. A lot of other salons in Harlem will charge you $ 80 for a press. Ridiculous!
Overall, I had a great first time experience with Kenosha. I went about a day ago, and ts raining today lol so my hair is wrapped. In a couple of days will update about how long my hair lasted. Definitely will revisit!
