Hibba NYC

AWFUL eyebrow threading. Do not go here if you want to keep your eyebrows. Their customer service is also abysmal.
I had an appointment with Jassi and specified that I wanted my shape to stay thick– just to clean it up not to change the shape. She understood what I wanted but did not listen. I left with very very thin eyebrows that I had spent 4 months growing out.
They offered to have me come in for a «consultation» with Natasha after I voiced my frustration and disappointment with what Jassi did. When I arrived at my appointment they made me wait for 30 minutes, and once I was finally seen, Natasha began to prepare to thread my eyebrows AGAIN. I asked her to stop and then had to explain the situation, because no one had told her. She then told me there was nothing she could do. She said I could try to fill in my eyebrows with some pencil, but I just had to wait 4 weeks for another appointment and then another 6 – 12 weeks for my eyebrows to grow in.
They did not offer to give me an eyebrow kit or to refund my past appointment, let alone the additional waste of time for the «consultation.» I wrote another email after my «consultation» explaining how disappointed I was in the treatment I received but it went unanswered.
I will never be returning and I highly recommend finding another salon.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hibba’s for about 5 years. I’m very particular about my brows, and Hibba is the only threader who consistently gets my brows right. I’m so happy to see her business expanding. This is definitely the brightest location — it gets great natural light and has amazing views. The prices are very reasonable — especially if you get a membership or multi-​session package.

I love this place !! I went this afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded (no appointment), there was no wait and Neetu, my technician was very professional and did an amazing job! I bought a 3 pack and am now looking into the membership packages they offer. I find Hibba to be reasonably priced and will be back! I will go nowhere else but Hibba Columbus Circle!

Hibba provides excellent services and support for those who are weary of the waxing procedure. A recently new client, I have already brought a friend to try their services. So happy with the service and results. Terrific pricing and packages. Look forward to my next visit.

I love Hibba! I started going to the soho location years ago and since moving uptown have started going to the additional locations. They’re all clean, friendly, and consistent. I always know what to expect and feel that they are fairly priced. Definitely check them out!

I love the customer service. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming. Always offering water while I waited. The wait period is usually short (always best to book an appointment). Jassi is the specialist I go to for my legs and back services. It’s always a great experience. And the prices are a lot better than those I’ve seen in other waxing spots in the city. Hibba has great locations within reach of any commuter. I’m glad there’s one in Columbus circle now.

Let me start by stating how hard it is to find a place to do your eyebrows the way that you want them! Nettu did my brows today and she listened to what I wanted and then gave me suggestions in order to achieve that look. She was sweet and professional not to mention the salon is adorable. I will definitely be returning :)

I had my brows threaded by Jassi at Hibba Columbus Circle. She was wonderful as was the entire experience there. Scheduling was a breeze and when I was running 20 minutes late they were very gracious about accepting me anyway. The studio is nice — my favorite of their 3 NYC studios due to the night light, high ceilings, and very convenient location. Jassi was super nice and she obviously is very experienced and confident in her work, which is great. The reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is because when I got home I found a few rogue brow hairs which I would have expected to be trimmed. Also, to me a 5 would be the absolute top of the line luxury service, which would be more expensive too. this is not luxury and it’s also much more affordable! For the price, I think this is a fabulous value and will not go anywhere else to have my brows threaded. Thank you!

I have been searching for the past two years for someone to do my brows as my old go to person moved away. Have found the place. I was so happy with my brows. Staff is very sweet. Location is perfect. Great view of the park. Place is decorated really chic. Thanks Hibba and team. !

I adore Hibba! all locations have expert waxers and threaders. My brows suffered from a bad «brow incident» from a not so good walk in salon and Renu got them not only looking good, but looking the best they ever have! HIbba herself, Renu and Jossi are all amazing and personable, as well as gentle and meticulous. I never considered tinting my brows before Hibba suggested it, now i can’t imagine NOT doing it! it’s all natural dye and makes my brows look fuller than they really are. You won’t go wrong at this amazing salon– not to mention the packages and deals they run are AH –MAZE-​ING! They love their clients and it shows.

Hibba NYC is amazing ! I would say its the best thing that ever happened to NYC. The service here is wonderful unlike other places, they take their time and effort to work with you. I have been a Hibba client for over 5 years now and never once have i ever been mis treated. They are just amazing ! Every service they offer is wonderful and meets your expectations ! Ladies nothing will go wrong at Hibba, just leave to the professionals !! HIBBA NYC ROCKS !
