As a full service dental office, we provide state-of-the-art, quality, dental care to meet all of your cosmetic, implant, orthodontic, preventative, and restorative dental care needs. Our caring, professional team is dedicated to providing the highest quality care, in a warm and very comfortable setting for the most reasonable fees possible. Herald Square Dental has been NY’s place for Same Day Dentures, Repairs and Relines since we were established in 1977. We also known as the Denture Center, because our denture laboratory on the premises allows us to fabricate a denture, do laboratory repairs & relines all in one day, a process that usually takes an outside lab 3 – 6 weeks fabricate upon request, Premium dentures with porcelain teeth in a variety of finishes and levels, special dentures with attachments that clip on to dental implants and, we also provide Flexi partial dentures free of metal clips for improved cosmetics.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Yam for quite a few years and have had implant work done by him which still holds strong. He does very thorough examinations and goes into detail with his patients when there is a problem. I would highly recommend him plus he knows a lot about marathon training and cooking if your into that stuff.

We had a hiccup (as evidenced in my last update), but what happened after left me impressed.
After a mix-up with the front desk on Saturday due to which my appointment was cancelled, I received a call personally from Dr. Song to explain that he didn’t know that I had made it in, and offering me any appointment of my choosing.
To me, that showed that they really did care and that this is one office that will go the extra mile in making sure their clients are treated professionally. And that is because the dentists themselves actually care.

Dr. Pasch is a master, a wizard at making dentures. I had been to other dentists for my dentures and no one is as masterful, as proficient as Dr. Pasch. I went into the Denture Center at 9 and at 5, because he has his own lab and dental technicians on site, I left with a beautiful, perfectly fitting full upper and partial denture. Dr. Pasch, with ease, pulled out 5 of my lower teeth, made impressions of my upper and lower mouth, took it to his lab down the hall, and within hours I had my dentures made … and they required not a single adjustment. They fit perfectly. I am convinced that no one in NYC could do it better. And, most importantly, I feel secure knowing that the Denture Center and Dr. Pasch are there to fully support me in any problems I may have in the future. Any problem I ever encounter with my dentures in the future can be proficiently handled in one day at the Denture Center. I always had a fear of being without teeth. That nightmare has been wiped away knowing that Dr. Pasch is always there to help me within a day.
The Denture Center is conveniently located near Macys, it is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all the personnel are friendly and helpful.
Dr Pasch is warm, friendly, easy to understand in his explanations, and one is immediately aware of his sense of confidence and top-of-the line skill. I knew I was in good hands and all my fears melted away. And indeed, I love my new dentures. They are beautiful and functional.
Do not waste your time with other dentists-those who do dentures only occasionally. Dr. Pasch has decades of experience and is surely the supreme expert!

Went in for my first visit — got a cleaning from Alicia, who was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and did a thorough yet painless cleaning. I was surprised when I saw blood on her gloves which obviously came from my mouth, but I didn’t feel a thing!
Then I met with Dr. Song, who was unhurried and patiently explained everything about that needed to be done (I have a root canal on the horizon!). He patiently went over all the X-rays, and answered all my questions. He then directed me to the front desk, and the lady there was also very cordial while scheduling my next appointment and going over my co-pays, and not clueless/breezy like so many I have encountered. She provided specifics, told me what costs to expect, and got me on my way very quickly.
Usually, I leave dentist offices and remember a dozen things I would have asked if I had been just given a moment to gather my thoughts. No such complaints here, the entire experience was excellent and very professional.

This place is conveniently located near where I work, and I’m surprised they can always accommodate me considering their location. Have only been here a few times but I’m pretty happy with their service so far; friendly staff and most importantly they don’t make me jump through 100 hoops to make an appointment. I try to make an effort to go to the dentist more nowadays (we’ve all been told at some point that we don’t go to the dentist enough lol), and ease of appointment is obviously a huge factor when dealing with a busy schedule.

I say Run don’t Walk to Herald Square Dental. I had major dental work done here and then dentures made. I had to have all but 2 of my teeth extracted as they couldn’t be saved. Dr. Song, who did the extractions, was amazingly kind, gentle and understanding. Even on days where I had 4 teeth extracted at one time, I went home with no pain nor bleeding and my gums healed rapidly. Then it came time to see
Dr. Pasch, who creates the dentures. This man is a saint, really! He was also so kind and compassionate and seemed truly dedicated to helping me have a smile again.
He really makes you feel confidant during the process of molding, fabricating and fittting the dentures, which by the way, and here’s the best thing about them, I had my dentures the same day. YES! I didn’t have to make multiple visits for each procedure as most other dentists do, and they don’t charge for this same day service. And my dentures fit perfectly the first time.
Everything is done on the premises. The entire staff seems to embrace the atmosphere of kindness and courtesy that the doctors themselves give to you.
The office is modern, very clean, conveniently located in midtown west and truly, in all my visits, I never waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. To find a place like this in Manhattan is like an oasis in the desert. I actually looked forward to my visits.
Really, I can’t praise them enough. Find out for yourselves.

Positively dreadful. This is not good dental work at good prices. It is inferior work at
deceptively good prices. The dentures they made for me did not fit at all. They were
supposed to copy the color/shape of the teeth of my original dentures, but failed to
do so. What’s more, the dentures were not lined. They were flilmsy and broke in 3
weeks. Herald Square Dental wanted $ 1000 to fix them — again without lining. They
said lining would cost another $ 1000. They were not pleasant or helpful or solicitous.
They just wanted to do a quick & dirty and go on to the next patient.

I just recently started going here, it had high reviews and i can see why. Dr. Yam was great. his staff are very nice and the treatments are done very in great detail. the facility is clean and organized and the wait times are pretty decent. you cant go wrong with this place.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Song for almost a year and have been so happy with the results. He talks me through everything he is doing and explains my x-rays in great detail. Never had a dentist do that before and I learned so much. It’s a great opportunity because it lead me to ask better questions and voice any concerns I might have had. Any fear I had about going to the dentist doesn’t exist anymore.
I do have insurance and Dr. Song took the time to walk me through my insurance and explain what was covered, how much was covered and create a plan to maximize the benefit I could get from my insurance carrier.
Great experience with the dentist which is how it should be!
My only complaint is that the front desk can be a bit frazzled. My chart wasn’t correctly updated and I had to explain to the dental assistant what I was there for as she had me down for the wrong procedure. Another time they forgot about my insurance plan’s annual maximum and if I didn’t remind them I would have underpaid for my procedure resulting in a balance on my account.
My advice is be very clear and communicate with the staff. Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions.
Dr. Song gets 5 stars!
Front desk/staff gets a solid 3 stars!

Dr. Yam is the guy to see here at Herald Square. The facility is clean, accessible from most train stations and the PATH. The checkups themselves are thorough, and everyone is friendly. What I really like about Dr. Yam is that he’ll breakdown the details of your x rays and findings, and answer your questions. You never feel like you’re in the dark as far as what they find during a checkup.

Let me say that the reviews helped me make my decision to take my mom. She needed same day dentures and I was not sure if this was going to work but omg Dr Parch and his team really cured my mother anxiety. She was so nervous but all the assistants especially Fran was awesome. A great team that’s all i can say. My mom was in tears her mouth looked so great she could not believe it. The work was not rushed it was an awesome job. I am very picky being from a Dental background and I had to admit it was remarkable. Please don’t hesitate the work will speak for itself. Really felt good to have a place to trust when it comes to dental care. If you don’t have insurance investigate about the dental discount plans they helped us save a lot.

I want to commend Dr Yam & the Denture Center for the magnificent job they performed recently on my dental surgery and dentures. Thanks to their splendid work, and the tremendous skill and efforts of their crew, they have given me back my smile, returned my laugh and restored my appearance and self-confidence to an extent I can scarcely believe.
I thank them all for all of their service, their talent and their art. I can hardly describe the difference their work has made in my life!

My mom went to Dr. Pasch for relining her dentures with soft gum. She was really having hard time eating and always complaining about how hard the dentures was.
