HD Physical Therapy

I much prefer the new East 88^th street office. Joy, the office manager, is one of the hardest working, dedicated employees, she should get a raise. When calling, ask for her. Sometimes, they’re running a little late, like I’ll be in the waiting room a few minutes past my appointment time, but not enough that it’s a big deal and I am not a patient person. Ask for Rico to do your PT, he’s charming, efficient, professional and a smart thinker. Clean bathrooms, easy to make an appointment, close to 4,5,6 trains, very professional. I like it.

Where to begin… You know how most Physical Therapy Offices are a drag to go to. I mean you come in due to all types of aches and pains, they make you stretch and stretch and lift and lift until your sore even more so then when you came in. Well H & D is not that type of place. First off, I love the beautiful Upper East side location, which is literally down the block from Central Park and the Met Museum, how fabulous is that! I don’t know about you, but just being around all that lifts my mood instantaneously. the office environment they provide is great, with their air conditioned, clean and professional entrance area. Upon entering, they have a wall of all their medical staff, with pictures and education backgrounds along with a quick biography of each PT on staff.
What I enjoy most at H&D is the super kind staff and the atmosphere they provide. The two receptionist always greet you with a warm smile and plenty of laughter. Joy and Sasha. You both Rock! Amazing job. Always extremely polite and assist the clients with all their needs. I also have to compliment the Owner/​PT Robert DiLillo, for although running a busy Office and working with patients, comes out to greet and ask the well being of others awaiting their appointments. Dr. Rico Fabillar is one of the amazing physical therapist who I’ve come to know and he does an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and patient with the clients. And I must admit he helps improve great results in mobility and strength. So back to why I like H & D. Well, other than the Amazing Staff and Mood lifting location, they provide very interesting workouts and maneuvers that exceed typically boring therapy session elsewhere. Not a place you would dread going to. Keep up the great work!

I have had physical therapy 4 times in my life, the last two at H&D because why mess around when you’ve found the best? At the risk of sounding like a commercial, I couldn’t be happier with Robert Nelson, my pt, the office staff, or the way the office is run in general. Everything is friendly, efficient and geared to help us heal successfully. Bob has helped me with my back in 2007 and again in ²⁰¹⁰⁄₁₁ with my shoulder – I am always confident when in his care – his knowledge and treatment are always spot on for me. And he explains things very clearly, something I appreciate. I hope I don’t need physical therapy again, but it’s reassuring to know exactly where I will go to get better if I do.
