Asked to have my eyebrows threaded and before I know it there is hot wax being put on my face. Eyebrows came out way too thin when all I wanted was a simple clean up. I should have left after that, but I decided to stay for my mani/​pedi anyway. The woman doing my nails was texting pretty much the whole time and was clearly not focused on her client. Incredibly poor customer service. Overall, the place lacked professionalism as no one seemed to care about her being on her phone dealing with a client. I don’t splurge on mani/​pedis often– and when I do, I expect much better service than what I experienced. I’m incredibly unhappy with how my nails came out, and when I pointed it out to the nail tech, she told me there was nothing she could do now. My nails are smudged. I even complained when I left, but no one seemed to care. I will definitely not be coming back.

If you want to get eyelashes for a really good price and can last you for a long time you need to come to Harmony in W. Harlem UWS. Other services for women such as blow dry, manicure and pedicure, facials, you name it they have it! This is an unique salon, catered just for woman, clean and the people are nice.

Nice people but lack professionalism something I am always high on. I recently had mani pedi. From making appointment, wait time, quality of service and pricing I wasn’t impressed. Might try some groupon next time.

The first full service salon on the block. From waxing to threading, even massage and facial, owner Farida Patel couldn’t be more knowledgeable or professional. I stop in whenever i need to feel pretty!

I am a new client and very pleased with the services. The manager Farida very kind and Mercedes the beautician is excellent. Great location, spacious and clean.

I stopped in after work to see if I could make an appointment for a Brazilian wax after work. I assumed they would need me to come back tomorrow, but they were actually able to squeeze me in before the next appointment! I had to wait for about five minutes before they led me to the waxing room downstairs.
The entire salon is very clean and brightly lit, and the waxing room is no exception. Nothing like some of the closets I have been in for a body wax. They have only been open for two months so they don’t have much in way of decorations, but the space itself has lots of light and a nice flow. She showed me the facial and massage room before showing me where to change. She did a great job on the Brazilian! She was very thorough and working hard to make sure she got everything and that I was satisfied with her work. She kept everything very sanitary and clean (love it when you see them piling up those sticks rather than risking double dipping!). She was incredibly friendly and hospitable and I will be back in three weeks for another!
