H&R Block

I actually don’t mind doing my taxes because as a student making very little money, I usually get a pretty good refund.
Last year I went to an H & R Block in LA and loved it — got everything done in about half an hour and left with a smile… just like in the commercials!
This time was very different. Had an appointment and still had to wait over 15 minutes — enough time to make a Unilocal page for this place, since the previous one was named Block H&R (… really…).
Got out of there in about an hour, but the guy helping me was just not good. Very slow, especially at typing. He literally just clicked through and answered all these questions that he didn’t know the answers to without asking me anything. Very weird. And very different from my experience last year. I’m going to call and schedule another appointment to have someone else review them and make sure he didn’t miss anything.
