After discovering my living situation had become insecure, I had a consultation with Cathy a year ago about my options. I had never used a lawyer before, so I was unfamiliar with what such a working relationship would entail. Cathy made the road as smooth as possible for me by: 1) explaining complicated legal terminology; 2) clarifying my tenant rights and the laws in my favor, etc. Not only did Cathy provide excellent representation, but her fees are very fair, and the detail to which Cathy paid attention to my case is priceless. When the time comes to get legal representation again for future housing needs, Grad & Weinraub is the only firm I will turn to.

David will let you know if an approach or idea is unreasonable but he doesn’t make you feel like an idiot. He is approachable, very knowledgeable and helps novices understand the system.
