History

Established in 2012.

In Summer 2012, I opened a pop-​up stand in NYC in order to gauge my baking and cookie prowess. The feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to expand my cookie business and start an on-​line shop. My sole purpose was to take familiar childhood desserts and transform them into a decadent, all-​natural, preservative-​free cookies.

Gooey On The Inside sent our office some samples last week. These cookies are amazing. They’re huge, very soft, with flavours that practically melt into your tongue a slow delicious drip. I tried the Red Velvet White Chocolate Cream-​Cheese Frosting, the FlufferNana, and the Crème Brulee. They were all very tasty but I think the Crème Brulee was my favourite.
