Goldberg & Allen, was formed by Jay K. Goldberg and Gerald Allen who worked together for many years in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, each reaching the position of 1^st Deputy Bureau Chief. With a combined 55 years of criminal law experience as prosecutors and defense lawyers, Goldberg & Allen is able to provide unique insight and knowledge to its clients.

Business Owner

Jay K. Goldberg has been practicing criminal defense law for over 30 years. As an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, Mr. Goldberg reached the high rank of 1^st Deputy Bureau Chief of the Major Narcotics Bureau. He also served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of: the Domestic Violence Bureau; the Grand Jury Bureau and a Felony Trial Bureau. Mr. Goldberg has 15 years experience in representing the victims of false arrest and police brutality. Mr. Goldberg received his law degree from the George Washington University where he served as an editor of the law review and graduated with honors. Mr. Goldberg received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College. Mr. Goldberg was born and raised in New York City.
