Wow! Super impressed! In town from Los Angeles for my bridal shower and decided to have the Glamsquad come to my hotel for hair and makeup! Mariah (hair) and Ashley (makeup) were amazing from start to finish! Both of them showed up exactly on time, were 100% professional, and absolutely adorable… Not to mention I look damn good too! Without a doubt I recommend the two of them and the Glamsquad! You won’t be disappointed!

I used Glamsquad for my wedding hair and makeup and was thrilled with them! They came to my apartment and did my hair and makeup, plus 5 bridesmaids and 2 moms. they arrived early, worked fast, and did an amazing job. Their prices are reasonable and they come to you. Ask for Diana for makeup, she is amazing and I was so happy with my wedding day makeup! You won’t regret hiring them.

Not sure what the lady who said she was a hair model complained about, I have been there quite a few times and always got quality services.

I never used this service before but I have to say, I am really impressed. I used them to come to an apartment in rented to do my wife’s hair and makeup. Elyssa did her makeup and Sandra did her hair. They were able to both work at the same time and my wife loved it.

I used Glam Squad for my wedding in November — updo and makeup for two people early in the morning at a hotel in Manhattan. The on-​demand/​all electronic payment and tipping model is great, a much more convenient option than other salon or house visit services. We were very happy with the quality, the stylists were talented (four total), and the price is certainly right.
Glam Squad has a specific wedding section on their site and since they have that team (who we worked through), I expected a slightly more orchestrated experience than a typical booking. However, it did not feel pre-​planned or cohesive. A touch of extra project management would have been helpful given we were conscious about time.
Understandably, Glam Squad could not provide specifics on the stylists, but offered to pass along any notes or requests which we did in order to make the wedding day smoother. The morning of, one of the stylists was 30 minutes late and there was confusion around who was working with who. Additionally, no one seemed to have background on the hair and makeup we requested. This all being said, I would try them again in the future.

Had the glam squad visit while I was laid up after an accident. Kymberly was great. She arrived in time, was very attentive to my needs (i had limited mobility) and was super friendly. The mani/​pedi was very good. Relaxing and looked great when it was done.
A little bit more than I’d pay in a salon but totally worth it to have the service right in my home!

This has to be the most convenient service ever! Lucas and Alejandro came to my hotel room and made me look like a supermodel in less than an hour. They were both super sweet and I’m hoping I can request them again next time I am in Manhattan.

I showed up at Glam Squad’s model call on West 21^st Street and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The stylist didn’t even acknowledge me. Supposedly, this was for an «audition» which was not made clear to me. I don’t know how businesses expect you to know how they operate when you’ve never been there before.
I waited at least 20 min and they said she would be ready but, at that point, being treated so poorly, I decided to leave. The whole experience was horrible. I couldn’t imagine getting a service from someone named Lashawn who texted me all kinds of horrible messages. Like: I’m glad I didn’t even do your hair… etc. Please do not go to the West 21^st location for any reason.

I used Glam Squad for the first time last week, and I will be a repeat customer! Marisha was my hair stylist and Dyani was my makeup artist. Marisha worked wonders — my hair is naturally straight and she was able to make perfect waves that lasted the whole night! Dyani did an awesome job on my makeup and listened to exactly what I wanted. Both Marisha and Dyani were extremely talented and professional. I was getting compliments on my hair and makeup that whole night. I highly recommend Glam Squad!

I first heard about Glam Squad through a friend of mine who spoke very highly of them so I decided to give them a try. My stylist Emmi is a life saver. I was having trouble with my hair for an event and she came in and saved the day. She was very punctual, respectful, and hilarious. By the end of our appointment, it seemed as though my beautiful hair was the bonus! I will not be trusting anyone else with my hair. Emmi is the best. I highly recommend her.

I have loved my hair both times (from Marisha and Jonathan), and I must say my hair is on the difficult side. Last time, Jonathan got held up due to a bridal appointment, and Glam squad (Camilla) was in touch with his ETA so I wouldn’t have to wonder. The stylists really want you to leave happy, and even though Jonathan was late and his schedule was likely thrown off for his upcoming appointments, he didn’t rush me and made sure everything was perfect.
Their prices are extremely reasonable — for $ 5 more than dry bar, they come to you! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of getting glammed by the talented and charismatic Lucas (makeup) and Jalissa (hair). They are not only good at what the do, but so much fun to be around! Thanks guys! Definitely recommend this group of people xo

I used this service last week when my girlfriend was in town. We got the blow dry for two with a promo I received. I thought it would be a nice change to stay comfy in our clothes and get our hair done in my apt.
Our stylist arrived prompt on time and was amazing! She did both our hairs in under two hours. I have it of hair and she managed to blow dry my hair in under an hair. I opted for the romantic look and my hair came out amazing! My blow dry lasted a good three days without having to redo it. I was so happy. My girlfriend opted for a more of a curl look with the hot iron. Her hair came out amazing as well.
At first I thought this service was too expensive when you can find a groupon for a local salon for 24 – 40 bucks for a good blow out/​style. However, it’s definitely worth the money. The fact I can be in my pjs and not have to leave my house to get ready is amazing. No fuss or waiting in a salon.
The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because you have to wash your own hair. I get why they can’t do it for you because it’s unpredictable what type of sink or set up you have in your apt. My suggestion is to have them send you some product shampoo before they come so you have a good wash.

Squad members listen to requests & work quickly. They will also meet you in your home or office & bring all the necessary items. Very convenient.
