Last Monday, November 23rd, I made the egregious error of parking here to go to a nearby meeting. When my co-​worker and I returned we found the car had been left outside rather than inside. After I dropped her off I tried to turn on the radio and got a message the antenna failed. I pulled over first chance I got.
I found the shark antenna detached from the roof. Either one of the employees hit something in the garage and moved it outside or it was vandalized while it was outside.
When I called that evening they told me to call next day. I did and they directed me to a phone number that didn’t take messages and gave me an email address. I wrote an email that has thus far gone unanswered.
There is extensive damage to the roof of my car and I’m on the hook for it. Avoid this place. Your car is safer on the street. In fact it would be far more economical to park illegally and just pay the ticket.
For my money, the worst parking garage in the city.
