I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews if it’s been there for a few years. Anyway, I had a good experience last night after a frustrating one at Bloomingdale’s.
I tried on a coat, and the staff member saw me and told me they had more sizes in the back. I wasn’t the only one in the store, but he made sure to help me out even though he was there by himself. He brought out two different sizes, offered information about the coat, and gave me a couple of minutes to try it out.
The insulated coat is very nice. Thin but warm, zips up to cover the neck, and the hood is secure on your head without resembling a condom. I’m going back to buy it today. Thumbs up for the staff and the product.

What a joke. I came here to return 2 shoes I purchased from the store on Madison Avenue and the lady working at the register told me that she cannot accept my return because they only have one register with only $ 300 and if they accepted my return they would not have enough change for other people. What kind of store does not have enough money to accept a return for 2 times?!

I purchased a pair of shoes from this store back in December and was not happy with the shoes. I have been recommended by a friend that these shoes are the best, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a second pair. These shoes are so incredibly uncomfortable and expensive ($ 98 as a sale item!), I tried my shoes trying to convince myself to keep them. But I decided on returning them, they wouldn’t take the shoes back. I was highly disappointed because I really wanted stylish AND comfortable shoes. I won’t go back there again.
