I ordered 2 silver rings with red garnets. They’re beautiful. I took them to a jeweler in Denver and they said the quality was very good. So I’m very satisfied, especially for the price.

To start, WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! So my fiancé ordered a ring off of Amazon and the seller was GSK. I had picked out the ring based on the stones and such. All quoting they’re authentic… well after the package arriving late though expedited delivery was paid for and several phone calls and emails later I finally get my ring. Now I ordered a size to big so in my quest to get it resized by local jewelers I just so happen to ask what the stones were and if they were legit. And guess what? THEY’RENOT! Fancy that. I got blue topaz which was enhanced(was supposed to be aquamarine) and not even real tanzanite… Fake stones. Terrible customer service. No regard to time or customers need. Don’t bother with this place… NY has so many other places that won’t try and rip you off.

Ordered 2 stones December 12th, 2013 and promised delivery no later than December 24th, 2013 — never came. Called these guys and now they say it will arrive December 26th, 2013 — my niece never got her gift on Christmas — wtf? Takes this long to ship two small rings? We’ll never shop these guys again…

I ordered a pendant on 1÷31÷12 and payed 37.00 for overnight delivery. On 2÷1÷12, it still had not even shipped. Because it was clear they couldn’t get it to me by the time I needed it, I cancelled the order and received a reply from their autoresponder. Their autoresponder is a magnificent thing because it gives you false hope that this merchant actually gives a crap about you as a customer. Don’t be fooled, they don’t. On 2÷7÷12, I received a notice from Amazon that my item had not yet shipped. I am guessing that the seller also got a copy of this notice because they shipped the item OVERNIGHT on 2⁄7. They sent me an apology on 2⁄8 but it never seemed to occur to them that overnight shipping is really quite different from how they actually did this. If I didn’t care if the item arrived a week after I ordered it, I would not have paid for it to be expedited. By the time they were trying to deliver the item, I was at sea on an anniversary cruise with my wife. You may safely infer at this point that I was without the intended anniversary present. After a couple delivery attempts, I had someone mark the FedEx slip with«return to sender» since I wouldn’t be home to get the item. As of today… I have sent six emails to the company and am now best friends with the autoresponder which dutifully confirms they have recieved the correspondence they are ignoring. Except for times when Amazon has asked them to reply(such as when I filed my A-Z claim), they really seem to have no interest in responding to my emails. After the item was returned to them, I recieved a phone message asking why it came back ~ despite the A-Z claim and multiple emails explaining it. I responded to this phone message by email and did recieve a response telling me that they received the item and would refund my money. I thanked them and made the mistake of getting my hopes up that they were actually going to fix this problem. As of today, still no refund or even any indication that they intend to give a refund. To be fair, they have tried to call me, but I am at sea and not really wanting to spend the $ 2 per minute just to communicate with them outside of the safety of the record keeping of the Amazon email system. They left a phone message which sounded as if they wouldn’t resolve this issue without a phone conversation so I contacted them by email two days ago and since there has been no response, I contacted Amazon again today to ask them for help. I have also contacted the NYBBB with a complaint. If you really hate good customer service and would like to receive an item when they get around to it, this might be the seller for you. If you expect customer service and a merchant that delivers what they promise, you might want to look elsewhere.

My transaction with GSK started off less then perfect… I was trying to buy a gift for my girlfriend, there was about a week left for me to pull this off. I started sending emails to GSK asking about an item I wanted to buy… I sent the question, they sent a response asking for item #, I sent the item #, a day or so would go buy without a response… I would email again, they would ask for the item # again… I sent the email… another day or so would go buy without a response. I was a little frustrated to say the least… I now had just a couple of days to get this present I picked up the phone and called them… I wasn’t that pleasant… I spoke with a customer service rep named Mya… she was fantastic, nice, professional and was so willing to listen to my issues and frustrations with GSK and make it right… she and the shipping department went out of their way… and they did make it right… they are a top-notch company… and I will ALWAYS buy my jewelry from them… they definitely are the KING!

Quality diamonds for a fraction of the price. Ok, maybe not a fraction… but a hell of a lot cheaper than most diamond stores. They have this location on 37th and both a main website and an ebay store. I just had our(who am I kidding… her) certified ear rings checked out and they were appraised for over $ 4k…we paid much less than that… much less. They seem pretty nice… don’t believe me? Ok here is a direct quote from my wife, since I know nothing about diamonds: «They are beautiful 1.20 diamond ear rings in a 14k white gold setting… the clarity is VVS2-VS1…the color is white(E) and they are screw backs.» Ok back to me… so if you are in the market for an engagement ring, ear rings or maybe a gift to get out of the dog house, then check this place out and avoid those shit stores like Zales and Kays.
