History

Established in 1997.

I began photographing professionally in 1997 back in New York.

My first assignments were Actors Headshots and Photojournalism.

Since than, I have added Weddings, Events, Portraits, Architecture, Interior Design, Beauty, Travel, Product and Fashion Photography. I also started Aerial Photography and Video Production over the last two years.

My primary focus is on people photography and architecture.

Business Owner

I was born and raised in Germany where I studied Visual Arts including photography and art history while pursuing photography.

In 1988 I moved to Amsterdam to attend a full time program at the School of the Arts.

In 1991 I started working on stage and in television shows in The Netherlands as a professional performer.

In 1992, I was given a professional opportunity to move to New York to extend my career to a higher level.

As 1994 unfolded, I realized that visual arts meant a much greater passion for me and therefore decided to fully concentrate on photography.

At the same time I was very fortunate to have been given unfettered access to the entire dark room of the late renown photographer & photojournalist Weegee (aka Arthur Fellig) which allowed me to print and process all of my own work. This is when I began to develop a deep appreciation for the vital importance that light & shadow play in each and every frame that I produce.
