Horrible service. the staff at both locations are very rude at 743 church ave is very rude. If you make an appointment be prepare to wait about 2hours. There is a woman who is late forties or fifty years old very rude. i had an appointment for 145pm and waited for two hours. I asked the woman. How many patients ahead of me she said she will check and she didn’t check. i waited for 15minutes and asked again and she said in a rude tone I have to wait for my turn. i wasted her to show me where the bath room was she told me in a rude tone to the left. I went to the bathroom there were no toilet paper. I came to the front she said I have to wait for someone to put paper in the bathroom 15 minutes later I was still waiting for her to but toilet paper in the bathroom. I reminded her that I have been waiting for 15 minutes she said that she was busy and I can go the the car wash to use the bathroom. she should be fired because she has no customer service skills.
