I have used Fetchmates many times over the the past six months for cat sitting services. Donn is a professional who really cares about the animals in his care. He scheduled an initial in-home consultation to meet me and my cat, leaves detailed notes every time he visits (what time, how much food was given, fresh water, litter box, etc.) and he has even texted me pictures while I am on vacation! I couldn’t be happier with Fetchmates and highly recommend them!

I’m actually sorry I haven’t written a review earlier as I’ve been relying on Donn from Fetchmates for well over a year. I found this dog service while I was walking my pitbull on the west side highway and spotted Donn walking another pitbull… the way he was gentle but firm and in control showed me right away he might be a good candidate for a dog walker. Since that day I’ve been even happier with his services. He keeps a daily log for me about my dogs behaviors while walking, is super flexible with hours, is amenable to feeding my dog and giving her her medication, and even refills her water bowl with cold water and ice cubes!!! He’s the nicest man and super savvy with animals not toe toon reliable.

Those were the words spoken to me by these folks. No words were truer.
Having recently been discharged from the hospital, going up and down the 24 flights of stairs to walk my dog in the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy was not an option.
This company came up the dark stairwell to make sure my dog was OK, fed, and cared for. I’ll never be able to thank them enough.
It’s rare to meet folks in any business that are as fine as these people.
