Anyone who writes a bad review because of timing isn’t patient. This FedEx is my go-​to scan & copy center when my boyfriend works from home.
Gale is an amazing employee who gets what is needed to be done efficiently. This place is never crowded or hectic.

No matter the time of day, get ready to wait 30 minutes to buy even a roll of tape. This place is a sad excuse, but they all are. Negative stars.

Customer service was terrible… Ignored me then acted like I was bothering them… Had to go back twice to get something done and the FedEx worker still didn’t do it right. lazy workers… Poor poor service… Attitudes…3 different visits in 3 days same attitudes… went there 6 months ago and I forgot why I didn’t want to go Back there until I went yesterday… Avoid at all cost…

Decent/​good product — horrible turn around time. Customer service caused significant time delay.
I ordered online for pickup at this location. One of the 5 printed items was the wrong color so I told Gale that I didn’t need that item. She said she would have to cancel the order to correct the mistake and would take a few minutes. She told me the total but didn’t factor in my online discount so I had to look up a new coupon.
Then, once everything was processed — there was a «misunderstanding» so she eliminated 4 items instead of 1 item. I was visibly annoyed, she told me it was a «misunderstanding» and to not get mad. I told her I was on the clock with my job, «again, it was a misunderstanding».
She finally reprinted the remaining items at no cost. She went through my order and specifically pointed out each item to make sure it was correct. So once they printed I just grabbed it all and left. Unfortunately she printed the WRONG item again and deleted one I needed. Waste of time.
They only get 2 stars for the quality of the product.

The culture here is not one of customer service, politeness, helpfulness, problem-​solving, accountability, improvement, feedback, ownership, core values, or excellence, other than the cleanliness of the store is excellent.

I don’t think its the guys working there fault. I think its the FedExs’ fault that hired him. If a guy types slower than a turtle and messes up an address10 times he should not be working there. Or they should ask him to do something else. I had to raise my voice to get another girl there to help. Worst service ever.

My experience with this FedEx Office location has been an absolute nightmare.
I ordered 100 business cards at their design and print center and was promised a 24-​hour turnaround. There were some problems with the order but they told me they would sort it out. 24 hours later I called them to inquire about the status of my order and they said it wasn’t ready and it would probably take 48 hours to process my order. Okay, so 48 hours later I called them again and still it was not ready. I asked them if my order went through at all and they bluntly told me it did and to call back later and hung up the phone.
I decided to call customer service and they put me on hold for 20 minutes, at which point my patience ran out and I hung up.
I called back half an hour later and asked to speak to the manager. I told him that I never received a confirmation email or an order number and I’d like to cancel the order because since I had not gotten the cards in 24 hours there was no point getting the cards now. He looked up my name and told me there had been no order placed at all.
I have never encountered a business where customer service is so blatantly disregarded as Fedex Office.

WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
I was waiting in line for TEN MINUTES when I told the ONLY guy working the register (when there four FOUR OTHER employees standing idly around doing nothing) «excuse me can you call someone else over because I don’t have all day.» this guy actually YELLED AT ME IN RESPONSE, then I said «Who’s your manager?» The manager (sitting in the back packing) said «Me, you just gotta wait»
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE.
STAY AWAY.

Customer service here is seriously lacking. I came here to scan a document to my email and when I was finished, the machine asked whether I wanted a receipt emailed, printed or both. I selected both– the machine then read that there was an error and the receipt couldn’t print; I assumed that it would be emailed at the very least since I had just punched in my email. Next, I waited in a slowly moving line for a few minutes so that I could confirm the transaction went through as the receipt failed to print. An employee shouted at everyone that «this line is for shipping only» and all others transactions need to be handled in the back. Well, there was absolutely nobody assisting in the back and I should know since several people and I wandered aimlessly looking for anybody who could help, but to no avail. Eventually I gave up and came home, checked my email: no document and no receipt. So now I have no clue how much I spent to receive nothing. Lovely.

«Unbelievable!» Is what the not so nice employee shouted as I walked out of FedEx.
«Get real, lady!» I shouted back, door slowly closing as I marched down the street.
I went in to just drop off a package (that was not cheap to ship, mind you) that I had already packed and labeled. I just needed a receipt.
It was Saturday morning and there was only one person there. The place was empty at first, but then a few people started heading towards the back, with only me still waiting at the counter. The woman was on the phone with someone, probably another FedEx person. After a few minutes she acknowledged me and another customer, letting us know she’d be with us in a moment.
She walked to the counter where I was patiently waiting.
«Good Morning» I said, because it was very obvious she wasn’t going to.
” Good morning”, she said, still unsmiling.
I told her I just needed a receipt for the package in front of her. She scanned it and then asked,
«What’s in the box?»
I gave a confused look, as no one has ever asked me this question, partly because it’s no one’s business. I was thrown off an wish I would have said used condoms, dildos or fingers, but I said «Items».
She asked me again, «What’s in the box?»
I told her no one has ever asked me what was in the box, to this she went back and forth with me, saying «They’re supposed to ask, they’re supposed to ask»
Um, no, they aren’t supposed to ask you what’s in your box. They are supposed to ask if you have any hazardous materials, liquids, etc in the box. To which you answer no. I ship out things from Fed Ex at least 2x a week, so I’m correct on knowing that you’re not supposed to ask «what’s in the box».
The receipt printed out and she held it far enough that I had to reach several times to get it. I snatched it out of her hand, to which she said «Unbelievable!» to the 5+ customers now waiting for her so unpleasant service.
It’s Saturday, I get it. I’m not sure what the attitude was for or the unprofessional experience. I’m sure I’ll go out of my way not to come back here again. Thanks a lot, employee #2 264 738.

I’ve never used FedEx before and never plan on using it again.
I ordered a gift through
on 11/​24, got an email saying it would be shipped out the 26^th and then another email saying that the shipment was delayed ’till the 27^th. I was out of town from the 27^th to the 1^st so went today to FedEx. All of these notifications were from
, not FedEx.
There was only one employee taking care of a customer while the other one in the back was doing who knows what. I waited patiently while the customer in front of me took her sweet time.
Finally I got up to the counter. The guy asked for my ID and then held onto it the entire time (10 min. or so) around the whole store as he looked for my package. He then told me that my package was sent back because items get returned on the 6^th business day. I did not get any notifications that my item was even at the FedEx or that it was being returned today. The only notification I got was that my item would be on the 27^th… the 27^th + 6 business days = today, which is exactly when I went to pick up my package. Thus, it should’ve been there and I wouldn’t have had to waste time. When I told him I didn’t receive any notifications, he said, «That’s weird».
The cashier also suggested that whenever I order something online, I track it all the time. Thanks, I get that you work at a postal service center but I order something online weekly and happen to have that knowledge without getting trained to work at a FedEx.
This FedEx location lacks communication between the supplier & the consumer, lacks customer service skills, is painfully slow and has no solutions to offer whatsoever.
The place itself is sort of grungy too.
I’m going to stick with USPS from now. I deal with them every week and everyone is so pleasant and helpful despite I’m sure their revenues are way less than FedEx’s.

Uploaded my document on their easy to use website. Picked out the type of paper & quantity I wanted. Ordered it for same day. My confirmation email said it would be ready to pick up at 8 or 830 pm (it was almost 6pm). I called and asked if I could pick it up earlier, around 6:30. I walked over to this FedEx and they were just finishing it at 6:30 and it was ready to go. So easy and painless! And cheap!

Place was easy to find. The staff that helped was just okay. She didn’t seem to happy or friendly. Just did her job and that was it. I was sending an item (pre-​paid) but I wanted to know how much it would cost if I had paid for it myself. She was at least kind enough to calculate the cost for me. She measured the dimensions of the box, weighed it, etc.
