I should have read the reviews on this place before I came here. I decided to save some money on dry cleaning by switching places — HUGE MISTAKE. These guys lost my clothes, they had my ticket on some other persons items and he asked me over and over if they were my clothes. After saying no multiple times I looked at him and said: DO I LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WHO WOULD WEAR THIS (sorry but these clothes clearly belonged to someone much larger and older than me). Now my fav silk dress is most likely gone forever. I am so mad that dry cleaners are no liable for their mistakes. Obviously you get what you pay for — heading back to Joy Cleaners, may be more expensive but they have NEVER lost or ruined and item.
