Erika Barker started her photography adventures as a combat photographer in the military, but as a civilian she started her passion for studio, beauty, and fashion photography in 2010.

Erika Barker, M.S. is a veteran combat photographer located in New York, New York. During the past 10 years, she has handled such diverse projects as photography for print magazines, press coverage, and corporate applications, production of documentary films, and design of marketing & promotional materials. She has covered multiple humanitarian missions in Haiti, Guyana and Nicaragua. Her extensive photographic coverage was utilized by the Department of Defense, Associated Press, Reuters and she has won numerous awards for her work in that industry
