Eric Rohe comes from a real estate family of investors with properties throughout Manhattan. Having grown up around this business, having the insight and understanding of the NYC market, and appreciating unique properties made real estate the ultimate choice as his profession.

Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Eric has a broad knowledge of the Manhattan market and expertise in Live/​Work, small Professional Space, and Mixed-​Use Buildings, which enables him to find homes and spaces for a wide range of clients, including artists, business owners, entrepreneurs, and first time buyers. Eric has formed strong relationships with various building owners and landlords, assisting them in finding properties to expand their inventory and getting them the best prices for their units. Extremely outgoing and approachable, he has a natural way of putting people at ease and making them feel comfortable throughout the process and transaction no matter what their needs or demands are.
