Kenneth Eiges has been representing clients in matrimonial matters for the past 35 years. He has successfully completed over 3,000 divorces. In my opinion, I disagree with other positive reviews. Doesn’t pay attention to the client, dealing with unhelpful paralegal staff member is such a pain. I don’t feel I get attention as needed and moved on to another Attorney.
I am the sister of his client. I am/​was the one paying the attorney fees with my personal check and dealing all the correspondences with this attorney and his office because my brother did not speak the language well enough. I was never kicked out of his office. We decided to move on to better attorney after his staff treated me in rude and dismissive manner. My brother and I were never satisfied with his services. It was such a pain to follow up something to get done or get responses. I was the one who edited and prepared my brother’s Postnup Agreement a year ago. It’s such a shame that attorney is lying. The most unbelievable part was that after I left my review this attorney had another attorney send me a letter threatening me that if I did not remove my Google review, he would sue me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Furthermore, this Eiges & Orgel, PLLC office never file Postnup Agreement at the court but charged $ 1,000.00 from us. When our attorney contacted their office to ask for court filing confirmation, they lied that I picked up all documents. My opinion is that they are cheating from their own clients.

Ken Eiges is everything a divorce lawyer should be. He is extremely bright and personable and was always available to listen to me and help me to stay calm and optimistic. Although my ex-wife’s lawyer was a well known attorney to the stars and had a reputation of being a pit bull, Mr. Eiges was consistently able to neutralize his efforts, keep things civil, and keep the process moving forward.
The final settlement I got was fair, but more important, we moved quickly, costs were less than I expected and we kept the discord to a minimum.
I recommend Ken Eiges without reservation to anyone who needs help through a divorce.

Mr. Eiges is the absolute best. Through my divorce he made me feel calm and hopeful. I will always be so thankful for his help. My divorce process became easier because of Mr. Eiges. Also his staff is beyond competent, made everything very clear to me.
