History
Established in 2007.
Psychotherapist and Life-Coach, with a wide range of experiences.
Parents can’t always be there for their children the way we would like them to be. Where your parents: alcoholics, abusive, workaholics, sick, depressed, death,… It’s not a question of blame but… you know you are different, that you have a secret…
Did you just go through a major life change, even a good one. Just got married, got this amazing promotion, moved to a new place, career started a new relationship or just broke up…
Every change can be difficult, occasionally we need help to adapt.
Sometimes life throws unexpectedly painful curve balls at you. It can be a terror attack, assault, illness, death, abuse, etc. You were not prepared for it. and find it difficult to explain to others, but you are not the same person anymore as the way you were before. Dealing alone with feelings of depression, anxiety and disbelief. I can help you with this so you can move on with your life

I am a Licensed Therapist, LCSW and Life-Coach, trained at MITPP, an Advanced Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy Institute. Member of ISMO — The International Society of Mental Health Online and of MSPP-The Metropolitan Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists.
I use a blend of techniques: Psychotherapy, cognitive therapy (CBT), behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, spirituality, solution-focused therapy and life-coaching to provide you with an unique experience.
I have lived in many places and am familiar with the challenges that one faces when moving to a new place. My experience has thought me that in order for therapy to work it needs to be a team approach.
We will work as a team, I will bring the expertise and you will bring yourself.
Together we can and will create change.
