One of the best cleaners in the area with a great guy at the front desk. My spouse and I have also had a lot of tailoring done here and the woman has always done a great job. I’ve had things lost and damaged at some other area cleaners but I’ve never had an issue in the years I’ve gone here. Friendly delivery support for days when I need that support too.

Am updating my review here. Have gone to them for basic laundry and dry cleaning and all seems fine; prompt delivery/​pick-​up and always friendly — they know me by my voice now and I’m loyal, so that probably helps. FYI I’ve left washing instructions for certain special items (like, ‘wash with bleach’) and they’ve followed instructions, so that’s appreciated.

asked them to iron my shirt and pants before weeding party, they didn’t even touch it and put plastic cover on top and charged me $ 19.50, i realized it when got home, ruined my day, thank you guys

I’ve taken my laundry in twice and they’ve lost four items. The first time they lost a towel, which I told them about but ended up letting go. I gave them another chance and took my stuff in again. This time they lost two towels and a pair of shorts (nice shorts). The stuff they lost cost about $ 100 in total, not to mention I paid them $ 30 for their services. I kept going in day after day and very calmly explaining my situation. They kept giving me the run around. Then they only offered me store credit, which doesn’t do me any good when I have to replace $ 100 worth of items. Especially since they’d probably lose more items with my credited service. I don’t trust them at all with my stuff anymore. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned here but I definitely would NOT recommend sending your laundry out. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all.

I trusted these guys with my whole wardrobe… literally! They have always given me A+ service in the three years I have been here.

good spot to get your pants hemmed… yeah! i’m short (hence the need for hemming) and too awkward and lazy to hem my own pants. These guys did a great job.

This place is pretty great. It only takes them about 2 weeks to get to know you, and then you can run in with a big pile of clothes before work and drop it off and they take care of everything. The service is quick and friendly, and they have never messed up a single item of clothing. They even got dried nail polish off of a white shirt. And they deliver. The prices are pretty standard for NYC, but at least the service is good and there are no mistakes.
