The staff is patient. The selection of frames is stylish. A bit pricey but well worth it.
I travel out of staff to choose my frames here. For me, its all about service and product.

Overrated. Highly dissatisfied, although they were recommended to me by the Cartier store on 5th Ave. and they are known as one of Karl Lagerfeld’s favorite stores in Paris. I paid for anti-​glare glasses and obviously those are not anti-​glare. They give me a headache. Very poor job overall. They don’t perform eye exams. You can safely walk away and look elsewhere.

After having my progressive bifocals redone twice at Cohen’s, I still couldn’t see very well. My ophthalmologist suggested I go here, and what a HUGE difference. They recommended Zeiss Individuals, and took a series of precise digital measurements for them. The improvement in my vision was unbelievable. These people care about details, gave me attentive, personal service, and the price was competitive. If you need something a little more complicated than single-​vision glasses, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended.

Best optical I have ever gotten glasses from. I will definitely be coming back! They have a beautiful selection of frames that are high quality, especially their Meyrowitz frames. The environment is very nice and friendly, and they provide you with the highest professionalism I have ever experienced. They definitely know what they’re doing!

We used them this year for the first time after our junger son (5 years old) needed to have glasses. Was recommended by his optometrist. Well they are great and the service they delivered to our little guy were top notch. His first pair was damaged after a few weeks because of his need to wear an eye patch. They replace the frame free of charge, advise us on another temporary one. Lenses are high quality, as is the fit. We will now start using them for the whole family. Recommended
