Dunrite Glass had done a few jobs for my little store. I love them because they offer a great service, are fast and the quality of their job is absolutely clean and well done. The staff are very polite and pleasant and always willing to help. Quotes are done promptly and offer great prices. I have a window glass replaced by them and a counter glass installed too. The store is a family owned business and as a small business they offered a excellent service. I will recommend Dunrite Glass any time because of the quality, service and prices.

I called the store to get an estimate done the same day since they are located literally 10 blocks away from me and the girl on the phone was not only rude but started to give me an attitude on top of that. Clearly their business is far from flourishing if they keep a receptionist like that on staff.

This place is a bit disorganized. They get by in the neighborhood because there’s not much consistent competition in East Harlem and their prices somewhat reflect the location and the service. If you absolutely have to have a job done within strict time parameters they probably wouldn’t be my first choice, but if you’re not in a huge hurry, it’s a decent glass place. They’ve been around a while so that means something.

Very positive experience. I had broke a window on my fire escape (huge security concern!!) and they fixed it very reasonably within 2 hours of me dropping it off. Thank you very much. This will be my «go to» for windows going forward. I am more than happy to spread the word about this busines.
