Perhaps it’s just this location, but it seems that Baskin Robins has really gone downhill. The store isn’t particularly clean and has a musty smell. More importantly, the ice cream is somewhat flavorless, as if it were old. Overall, just an unpleasant experience.

This is a dunkin donut Baskin Robbins combo… Only 2 people were behind the counter and about 5 customers in the store. They hustled quickly between the register, taking orders, and the coffee station, making drinks. I ordered a simple iced caramel latte, I paid with the convenient mobile app. And then I watched him take two other customer’s orders and within 2 minutes my drink was ready. Perfect!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon last weekend as a treat for the little one. There was lots of seating to the left upon entering and the stations were separated — Dunkin Donuts to the left of the store and Baskin Robins to the right. It wasn’t busy that day, the server was nice, approachable, let us try samples, and made sure our order was clear. It was a short visible but we were able to get to the point, no line to wait on and an easy transaction. I’m all about not lingering in a store so the efficiency and ease of my visit was a huge plus!

one of the worst DD ever. yes the service is fast but with lotsa attitude. the girl at the counter was very inattentive and actually rolled her eyes when i asked for sandwich with the drink ‘like oh thats definitely too much work’. basically you feel like you are interrupting them from something very important and that you need to stop disturbing the peace.

This place is ridiculously dirty, there’s always a ton of rowdy kids and homeless people hanging out here, and the coffee tastes watery.

I come in to this Dunkin frequently. They have quick service and they have never gotten and order wrong so they are doing pretty well in my book. Also I love their donuts and they always have almost every donut available when I come regardless of the time of day. Cheers to this place!

I am not really sure what the. everyone is talking about. I just started working on hospital row across the street and NEED to get a coffee fix EVERY morning. The manager here has my coffee ready fro me literally the moment I open the door. Every customer that deals with her always compliments her on her professionalism and her quick service. She knows what every regular wants and actually knows them. I usually get terrible service from dunkin but this place is the best.

i live right across the street from here and, while i am glad they’re open 24/7, their service is really poor. one time, my boyfriend was paying with cash and the cashier told him NOCASHNOCASH and we were like, why are you not taking cash??? all businesses take(and prefer) cash so why are you telling us you don’t? i tried to get an explanation from him but he was speaking in a heavy indian accent so i couldn’t really understand him. …okay, if you don’t speak english well, you have some nerve to be yelling at me in broken english and then expecting me to oblige by whatever you say when i clearly don’t know what you’re saying. what if i just yelled at you even though you clearly don’t understand like CAN I GETTHISDONUTFORFREE? DONUTFORFREE? OKAY!!! anyway, after a few more minutes of confusion, the cashier finally gave in and took the cash(my boyfriend thinks he was just being lazy and didn’t want to give him change, etc.). another time, it was late and i wanted iced coffee. i asked the guy for a simple vanilla iced coffee — and he didn’t know how to make it. he gave it to me and it tasted horrid and i handed it back to him literally six times(there wasn’t enough sugar, he made it ungodly sweet, there wasn’t enough cream, it tasted watery, etc.). i wasn’t being difficult, i just happen to not have my iced coffee taste like puréed dirt in a cup, and i’m not going to pay for something that’s not to my liking. furthermore, he didn’t seem to understand what i was saying and seemed to be more interested in talking to his friends even though i was standing right there as a customer. the last memorable instance was when my boyfriend, his friend, and i wanted banana sundaes and whenever we asked for them, the guy behind the counter just shook his head. the first time, okay, you’re out of bananas, i get it. the second, third, and fourth times, no. not okay. if you’re out of bananas along with just about every other kind of topping on your menu then why don’t you put up a sign or something? my friend even asked the guy if they’re being shipped the proper supplies on time, if they just always run out of bananas or something, etc. ridiculous.

This is simply a review for the new Glazed Donut Breakfast Sandwich, which is bacon, egg, and cheese stuffed between a glazed donut. Prettyyyyy good but definitely made me feel guilty and sick an hour after eating it. Will go back once every few months to have one :).

A big thank you to the competent person I dealt with who realized that allowing us to use our sundae coupon for a banana split was an ASSET to the store. They even had a variety of flavors & didn’t screw around with us. Someone here is SMART& actually paid attention in economics class. A big plus that this place is open 24 hours. Next time I have a coupon to use at Baskin Robbins, I think we’ll go here due to the much better treatment.

I went to this Baskin Robbins on the day of their special«31 cent scoop night from 5pm — 10pm» and arrived fashionably late(10:02pm). With a little bit of convincing(i.e. we’ll give you 0 stars on Unilocal and write terrible reviews), the fine, upstanding patrons gave me my 3 scoops for $ 1.01. AND, even after I complained about the fact that she was going to break my $ 1 bill for just $.01, she gave me the full dollar in return. I don’t know what it is, but Baskin Robbins just makes me feel like a winner.

I stopped in at nice early 3:00am to snatch up a few coffees. The donut guy was making his wares for the day, but happily stopped to serve me. The coffee was very good. Not burned or weak. I was happy with this location. Wonder if I can get to every one in Manhattan.

I have been here several times and each employee is worse than the one before. Either they are too high to recognize people or all just need glasses because I have stood at the counter for minutes before they even addressed my presence. So if you’ve got to get your DD or Baskin Robins here be prepared to wait, the service is terrible.

Just went here with a couple of friends in search for some ice cream and I have to say, the service was awful. For fun, I wanted to get the awesome LA Dodgers hat with the sundae inside but when I asked for the LA Dodgers hat they looked at me as if I grew another nose. First they laughed at me and then said«who?» I said«Los Angeles Dodgers» and they said«from where?» –______– idiots. The guy did something with the ice cream, as it wasn’t two scoops like the picture, but a flattened plateau compacted into my plastic hat. They proceeded to tell me that they did not have any hot fudge or cherries to complete my HOTFUDGESUNDAE. Alright so in a nutshell, don’t go here.

This is a decent place to get a donut or a milk shake and has ample seating. If you are in the area and you need a place to sit and reset, this is a pretty decent option as there are lots and lots of seats… if you want to be seen, this is a good place to be seen as anyone from the street can see who you are with.

My roommates(and fellow Unilocalers) and I decided we would do something crazy and have ice-cream for dinner. We had seen the pictures of the sundaes and had been craving one for a few days. When we arrived at this establishment filled with a child like excitement, I went first, and asked the kind server what was in the Heath Bar Sundae. He proceeded to start making one. I proceeded to ask him again what was in it. He simply shook his head in bewilderment, as if I was the first to ever ask him something like that. I then thought I’d skip my turn and decide on something else. My roommate asked him for a Reeses sundae. Again, all she got, was a head shake– No. No explanation of any kind. Third time is the charm, my other roommate was smart enough to go for something easier, a simple waffle cup with a scoop each of mint chocolate chip and chocolate/marshmellows. That, he could do. In fact, he gave her so much ice cream she could not finish it all! I then figured I’d try my luck and go for something simple as well; chocolate/vanilla with a caramel swirl ice cream– that he could also do. My other roommate gave up on her Reeses sundae and opted for a soft serve ice cream instead– with sprinkles. She did not get that many sprinkles, not enough to satisfy someone with a child like excitement for ice cream. The ice cream itself was really good, but the three of us left wondering if we had been sent a sign from above; that perhaps we were slightly too old to want ice cream for dinner…
