Dunkin’ Donuts

Great service but I just wish thay would not tell me that it’s open at 3 am and then when I get there it’s closed

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donut’s locations I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. I love Dunkin Donuts and live nearby, unfortunately this location is staffed with mostly lazy, immature employees. I frequent this location multiple times a week and first and foremost my coffee is almost never made correctly. Secondly the evening/​late night staff always have their friends in the Dunkin Donuts acting wildly, «messing» with paying customers and distracting the employees from taking care of customers. I have never seen a manager present and my typical visit to the location is always started with a «let’s see what happens this time»
Avoid if you can, expect a mediocre experience at best if you can’t.

Rude and inattentive staff. On many visits the items we wanted were unavailable such as the Arnold Palmer drink and soft serve ice cream. They have also messed up my orders. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I will never go there again. Stay away!

I’ve only came here three times. I only have one good experience.
1^st time– Me and my best friend came here to get some munchkins. The lady got annoyed and very impatient. We were picking our munchkins and she was standing there sighing. Ehh
2^nd time– I went to get an xlarge coffee and I ask for less sugar. OH MY GOODNESS. My coffee tasted like pure sugar. Disgusting !
3^rd time– I asked for a sausage egg and cheese breakfast wrap with hash browns. My wrap was cold not even warm. And the person forget my hash browns. He gave me an attitude and make it which took 5 mins.
I will never come to this Dunkin donuts ever again ! I will just stick to hot bagels right next door.

This is a good Dunkin Donuts. The workers are really kind and they’re sharp. If you’re a regular here, they get to know you quick and kindly ask if you’ll be having the usual that visit. I like when they do that, it definitely makes me feel special :3
Obviously its you’re everyday Dunkin Donuts, really no different from any other. The reason for my high 4 star review is absolutely because of the staff.
This DD happens to get pretty busy and I mean, out the door busy. This is most likely because of the schools nearby and also because it’s right off the train, (Q train, Avenue M). The store is not not small but not huge. They have around 4 tables for two and a breakfast bar for 4.
THEY ARE A ²⁴⁄₇ LOCATION, SO DD ALL DAY AND NIGHT!
