I have visited numerous Dunkin Donut stores. This is the absolute worst by far. I got my usual large ice coffee. It was so bad I could not drink it. My beverage tasted like coffee from grounds that were used previously. They only had limited kinds of pastries, I have seen a better selection at gas stations To top everything off, the women behind the counter are rude. It is a shame when you encounter really bad service somewhere because the service industry is driven by exactly that… service. The food can be bad, the place dirty, but if someone there cares, it can make a world of difference. If you have a few minutes on your hand… avoid this location. Walk two blocks up and visit the DD on 125th and MLK Blvd.

I always come to this DD location since it’s closer to my place and it’s usually not busy but this morning, it was. Now, as much as I get that the cashiers are trying to take care of the line as fast as possible, I don’t think talking to another employee about nothing while I’m trying to give you my order, is courteous. To add on, if I don’t seem to know much about a product you sell, you shouldn’t look at me as if I was an idiot and then proceed to correct me and not inform me of my mistake so that I wouldn’t do it again. She was really rude for no reason, although, I was being really polite to her. Needless to say, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location… I think I’ll just walk myself to Starbucks where everyone’s a lot more welcoming.

This place doesn’t have good coffee but it has coffee and on a busy weekday morning, I just need a cup of coffee to wake me up! Can’t complain much about it, sometimes it does taste old… Which is why the rating is so low, when you taste their coffee a lot, you can tell when they changes up or when it’s old!

Love, love, love this DD location. Especially during the weekday mornings when I’m trying to get it together enroute to work and the rest of my day. The location is SUPER convenient — I mean the subway entrance is right outside the door and 4 buses plus the new SBSM60 stop across the street. They have all the offerings of the full service Dunkin Donuts which is a plus(full sandwich and heated/toasted item menu). The few drawbacks are that its a closet sized location(no seats to speak of), its not 24 hours(though they recently expanded their operating hours) and the staffing on the weekends make for a challenging and more inconsistent coffee experience. I’m so glad this DD outpost is here and will continue to a regular there. You should too(at least on weekday mornings).
