For a reason, this branch had been marked as closed on Unilocal but it is there and actively working so I reported as open and now it is :) My brother’s office is 3 minutes walking distance from here so we stopped twice recently. First time I were there to buy donuts, had intention to buy 2 only but the cashier reminded me that a dozen is $ 8 – 9 so I got a dozen, we also bought 3 croissants this morning, I can say it is busy on mornings but the Indian ladies work so fast and efficient. Toasted orders take longer than the plain ones but max wait is about 8 – 10 minutes so it is okay. Considering there are not many options around, I think it is good to have them in the neigborhood.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was crowded but was reasonably clean, and was attended by an fast and observant staffer. The one reason for the 3-star rating: the coffee — the thing we went to Dunkin Donuts to fix our thirst was bad, weak — not the coffee we looked forward to drinking as we left JFK after a cross-country flight. Parking was tight but we managed and directions were easy — just don’t get your hopes up for a great DD cuppa joe!

Nasty! I put my pocketbook/purse on the counter and didn’t notice that the counter was filthy with spilled coffee. They put the wrong donuts in my bag and I didn’t even notice until I was gone. Let’s not talk about the bathroom… Disgusting! They could tidy up in this location and PAYATTENTIONTOCUSTOMERSORDERS! That way they can eliminate order errors. It’s on the right hand side before the belt parkway. Limited parking as well.

I usually get coffee on Saturday mornings since I live not too far. You would think that by me being a regular customer they would at least know the order by now; but not only do they not know the order they can never seem to get it right even after i tell them. Why is it that the DD in Manhattan train station can remember my order without me saying a word? I’m sure they service way more people than this one and their orders alway seem right; customer service I guess. Oh yeah and THEY don’t argue with customers when THEY make the mistake… Sigh… I guess good customer service is hard to find…

Close to my house so convenient. It’s just a run in run out type of place. The staff just makes your coffee. There isn’t much to say about here.

I went there and Ganesh asked me right away what I want. I ordered a vanilla chai with almond milk and asked if I could have it on paper cup because I don’t like the other ones. He prepared it right away and he was extremely friendly! That is the reason why I stop going to starbucks and now I go to DD! Thank you Ganesh!

Though I’m a big fan of Starbucks, I do tend to venture into a Dunkin Donuts when convenient or when my caffeine addiction takes over the logical part of my brain, either or… and that’s where this location comes in. It gets one star for being open 24 hours, having a decent staff, and being in a somewhat convenient location but that’s where the good things about this location end. I’ve been here a few times only to receive sour milk/cream in my coffee… numerous times. One time I went back and told them and they put THESAME cream in again… it was sour again. Also, the donuts always seem very old here… stale. There’s just something unclean about this location and I am not a fan of it at all. Nothing ever tastes right from this location. Bottom line: I would come here if I were needing something very badly and had absolutely no choice.

24⁄7 donuts, coffee, some sandwiches. What more could you ask for? It’s close to my JFK office and is a nice drive when I’m not… Cause I know it will be open!
