I have lived in the neighborhood for three years and was delighted when they opened this Dunkin so near my laundromat. I have been 5 – 7 times and have never received a correct coffee or food order and always have to have my simple coffee remade. Every clerk I have encountered is beyond normal NYC rude, not speaking directly to me, confused by a request for iced coffee without sugar, always out of food on the menu. I LOVE Dunkin and give this one two stars only because it is fairly clean and so very near my house!

Confusion behind the counter, so maybe they’re training new staff. I ordered a flavored coffee. I couldn’t taste the flavor. Maybe the coffee was old or to weak. It tasted more like tea than coffee. I handed it back to them, and was told by the counter person, «I can smell the flavor. We use teabags in tea, so it’s not tea.» They offered to get me what I ordered, but with a facial expression that made it clear that I was an annoyance. All in all, an unnecessary amount of drama for a simple cup of coffee and donut.

My coffee was lukewarm. Since the one think I expect from Dunkin is fresh, hot coffee and they usually deliver, this one is a not a good location. Perhaps, they have not been that busy and have not made coffee in a couple of hours.

As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this one is pretty good. Perfect location. Small, but they usually have what I want… what more could I ask for. Also, I love Dunkin’ coffee… and this place being so close, I can just grab a cup or pick up a bag of ground coffee.

What do you want from a Dunkin’ Donuts? This one is sort of small, although it replaces a hair salon. Pretty small hair salon — that’s probably why it’s now a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m a little sad for the hair salon, two summers ago they had grown a sunflower in the tree box out in front, I followed its progress all summer. Whatever, DD is now in da house. Nothing special here, they do try to upsell you if you’re getting a medium coffee and a donut. I shouldn’t be eating one donut, so no, I don’t want a second to make the combo. These are also Dunkin’ donuts, so no fancy«doughnut» spelling. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, these are donuts, plain and simple.(Besides, whenever I see«doughnut», I think«dreadnought», like the battleship. Heavy and ass-kicking, like a battleship would be. For those, see Doughnut Plant). Would be four stars, except that they have been open for at least a week, and they still don’t have english muffins. WTF. Even though they are advertising a smoked sausage sandwich(SOTASTYBUTSOBADFORME) that takes an english muffin. I had to settle for a «croissant» instead. First world problems.
