The coffee is alright and selection is as varied as ever, but one of the workers was very rude. He seemed to be asking questions by routine without really listening to the answers. He clearly said to me «hot?» When I ordered a latte and I clearly said«no, I want it cold-Ice latte.» He nodded absentmindedly and turns to say something to his coworker before continuing to ask me if I wanted regular milk and sugar(giving me a shocked look when I said no sugar). Three minutes later when I get my drink it’s hot. After telling him«no, I ordered it cold» he said to me «but you ordered it hot! Why didn’t you say something earlier?» In a frustrated tone and then rolled his eyes, complained in Arabic to his coworker as he changed my order. I’ve been to this DD several times last year when a nice Muslim woman was working there. Despite seeing her very early in the morning, she did her job and was extremely polite and professional-often asking customers how their day was and listening attentively. When she made a mistake(rare if ever), she apologized and remade it with no eyerolls or comments. Now I’m wary of going back to this DD.

Came here on Saturday am and ordered a bagel. Workers are super slow even though we were trying to catch a bus. Bagel came and it was stale… never coming back.

This is a small dunkin donuts and the worker’s are extremely slow. The coffee is watered down more so than other dunkins. The employees that work here don’t know their computer system at all.

We were in Soho and decided to walk to Chinatown to check it out and kill time before we headed over to the Brooklyn bridge. There wasn’t much to do in Chinatown because we had already eaten lunch at that point. I can always go for an iced coffee and when in NY why not have a dunkin donuts iced coffee! I fell in love with their iced coffee and anywhere that had a dunkin, I would go. We decided to kill that time in a perfectly air conditioned little dunkin donuts in the middle of Chinatown. Inexpensive coffee, nice AC and a place to chill.

*Must Try: Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant. *light, crispy croissant becomes a mess of flakes with every delicious bite. *breakfast sandwiches are never rushed, and always hot. *this is the ONLY Dunkin Donuts store that knows how to make it perfectly for me.

Fast and good customer service! I ordered a medium hot latte lite, a coffee for my mother and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was delicious! The bagel was soft, and warm and the cream cheese melted perfectly. The latte was also delicious, although I would have preferred a little less foam on top. Either way, love this place.

I usually go to this D&D often since it’s right down the street from my apartment. The coffee is consistently weak. When I say weak, I mean it tastes like 50% water 50%cream. I tell the guy every time to put a tiny amount of cream, but it makes no difference. It’s so light you can see through it.

I stop in here from time to time for coffee. It can be very crowded and the employees do a good job of getting you and your beverage out as fast as they can. The coffee isnt going to win any awards but its not terrible for the price. The donuts, bagels and muffins are on par with the coffee, not great but very much edible and hit the spot for a quick breakfast. If you are running short on time I wouldn’t recommend getting any hot food item. There is only 1 person(vs. 3 getting coffee) working this station and you could be waiting around for a while. Overall good service though. The employees are friendly and after enough visits they remember what you like without you having to order.

It’s near where I am staying in Chinatown. PERFECT. There is wifi, PERFECT. It’s open mad early and closes late, PERFECT. There is iced tea right now any size for 99 cents, PERFECT!!! It would have been even better for me if it was open 24 hours but I’ll deal with it.
