Picked up a hot chocolate on my walk. It was warm on a cold day and tasty. But only because I didn’t see apple cider on the menu. But it set me back $ 2 and it was quick. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

Couldn’t believe what I just heard. The customer ahead of me ordered an ice latte and the guy makes an ice macchiato for him. The customer says he ordered a latte and the guy says«macchiato, latte, same thing.» For real? The customer and I had a laugh over it because that’s straight up bullsh*t.

There are enough Dunkin Donuts shops in the area that I will NOT come back to this location again. I had to repeat my order three times before the girl got it right — how hard is it to understand«coffee and chocolate chip muffin»??? It’s like rabid frenzy behind the counter as they rush to fill the orders but still there are so many people waiting for their food. And my muffin was stale!!!

It’s coffee at dunkin hard to mess that up. When my coffee shop smells like a dentist office when I walk in, I worry… A lot.

I’ll keep it short: hard to find, indifferent service, and what kind of dunkins has NO french cruller? This one. Avoid it.

The wait time for coffee(or really anything) at this location is pretty long. To give you an idea of precisely how long you’ll be waiting, I’ve compiled a list of things you can do in less time than it takes for them to get your order out to you. — Run around the entire island of Manhattan — Give birth — Grow and harvest your own coffee beans — Run a marathon — Watch the every season of The West Wing — Read and finish ‘Crime and Punishment’ You get the idea. Waiting for coffee at this place is not worth it. Unless you don’t mind waiting an average of 10 minutes for your morning cup. And if you want food other than a donut — forget it. Your wait time will be increased by about 7 minutes. Happy waiting!

I stop by here on my way to work every morning for either a regular or iced coffee. Small space with seats for about 4 people if you want to stay to drink your coffee. By now the girl taking the coffee orders every morning knows my order, so that’s always nice. The most important thing about any morning coffee place is speed and consistency. My coffee is always good and even though there is a line some times, I am always out the door in 60 – 90 seconds. Some times I’ll order some food with my coffee, and never had an issue getting what I wanted and getting it promptly.

I normally don’t go into this location as it’s tiny and hard to find the door on a crowded/busy day. I went in this morning because my train station is right there, and I thought why not? It’s V-day. Worst mistake ever. There was a big rat hanging out. The employees were just walking/working around it while it ran in and out of the back area and front where the customers were. I walked right out. Now to report them.

This is a little hole in the wall, but the door is hard to find, lol! I walked into the building next door on accident before finding it & I saw several people do the same, it’s actually kind of fun to watch: D The place is tiny with few seats. We were lucky & were able to snag a stool by the window that overlooks Fulton St. We sat there sipping our coffee & eating our donuts while we watched lots of umbrellas hurry by. It was actually quite cozy, but I think that might have been more our mood than the establishment itself, which is free of all decoration and kind of cold(not physically). It is new, so maybe they will still improve on that :)

There’s a subway entrance that literally blocks 80% of the façade of the establishment. Zero seating space. Standing space is probably 100 sq feet. Coffee is okay.

Hole in the wall. Good when it’s cold outside, your feet hurt, and you’re trying to return a call on your cellphone. Like what I did the other day. Other than that, yeah, it’s pretty crappy.

Quite possibly the worst dunkin donuts ever! I’ve been here twice. They take forever, never have any donuts, mess up your order, and the coffee doesn’t even taste good. There’s another dunkin 2 blocks closer to broadway. go there instead!!!

Sweet Jesus! this is the worst location in the neighborhood with like 3 other Dunkin Donuts in the area how did i get stuck with this one being so close, blah. If you order anything even the simplest thing(coffee with milk) you can be sure that somehow, someway, they will get it wrong. Im not kidding. Basically if you don’t care whats in your coffee or food you will be fine, if you have any dietary restrictions or are super particular about how you want your coffee, walk an extra block to the other Dunkin Donuts. The one plus is that it is a great test in patience. Paying for your coffee and getting you correct change can sometimes take a few minutes i bet if you just walked out without paying no one would even notice, that’s how ridiculous the service is at this location. Dunkin Donuts coffee is still my favorite this location just sucks.

I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts a lot! I prefer it over Starbucks. I’ve been to A LOT of Dunkin Donuts. From NYC to Connecticut to NJ and this one was the worst. I ordered a Medium Caramel Iced Latte Skim Milk and No whipped cream and when I tasted it, it didn’t taste good, plus they used regular milk and whipped cream(Which I didn’t ask for). So they made it again, still didn’t taste as well and they STILL put the whipped cream, but I didn’t wanna seem like an ass so I just let it go. My BF ordered an iced tea and in his words«It tastes like feet.» So yep. I would say this one was the worst DD I’ve been too.

Used to be great. Now, I am suspicious of anything I order being just that. Was sugar added? Did they use skim milk? Is this the ‘special’ flavor? Because of the shop being small, you are herded out quickly, and by the time you sample your beverage for accuracy, they are ass-deep in other customers. They quickly toss out the receipt before you can ask, and make a big deal out of fetching it for you(doing the survey posted on it gets you a free donut with any medium beverage purchase). Which, relating to another poster’s comments, yeah, the donut choices are not always big, as many display trays are empty in the mornings. If ‘disposable customers’ is their marketing strategy, let them do it to someone else.

Grabbed a quick breakfast sandwich here on my way to catch the bus home. Egg, bacon, cheese bagel sandwich for $ 5.99 with a small coffee. The bagel was toasted, the egg(pre-cooked of course) was moist(not dry like my last try in the flatbread sandwich), cheese was melted(yes!). Good enough for a DD breakfast sandwich. And I like their sandwich wrapper which is sealed on two perpendicular sides — great to hold in the sandwich and the crumbs.

This place is so small. There are 2 tables off in the corner. This store was dark and gloomy. There was one guy working behind the counter and it seemed like he was in a bad mood. The donuts were ok, I had the chocolate glazed and my companion had a cream filled with chocolate layer on top. It was very chocolate-ty and sweet. I wasn’t able to finish the donut in one sitting. I will not be returning to this«hole-in-the-wall» location.

This is based on the coffee ONLY. and is based on my experience with a nice man whose name begins with F… I believe it’s Faoud but I cannot pronounce it and feel foolish. I should probably ask him, but he might think that I want him which isn’t entirely untrue. Look I ordered my coffee twice from him… TWICE… and the third time I came in he had it ready for me when it was my turn to order. So I guess it’s love? Or close to it. Because if that’s not love, I’m really not sure what is. There is usually a line at all times but I would say that they’re pretty efficient. I haven’t ordered anything more extravagant than my coffee(medium hazlenut, dark with half and half if you must know) and a toasted multi grain bagel, but I have seen people order those fancy pants new sandwiches and it looked like it took a while. I am completely confused by this. Donuts, bagels, coffee, and even breakfast sandwiches with that abnormal looking egg patty I understand. What is this hash browns nonsense? And the flatbreads that look far better in their ads? People, stick to what’s in the name. It’ll make your life easier, but most importantly… it’ll make my life easier so I don’t have to hear you complain about the wait after you order the damn thing. PS I Love Faoud.

I’d have to say this is my absolute least favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Something about it feels a little filthy. It’s a small shop which always has a line, and at what I think aren’t especially peak coffee times. I mean, unless I’m off, is 11 am a time everyone goes for coffee? I could be wrong. As for the donuts, they don’t exactly look fresh and stock appears low. I’ve never had a donut/bagel from here and don’t think I could – I can totally see roaches partying where no one could see them. Sorry… The staff seems a bit inept. I was on that 11 am line for a good 7 minutes – yeah, I realllllly needed the coffee – and got to watch the staff work their magic. Such time was taken to make an egg sandwich, it was painful. If you could go to another Dunkin’ Donuts, I would. There are a few in the area though none close by. Store is handicapped accessible. NB: Skip the Milky Way hot chocolate — holy sweetness!!!
