Evan B.
Business Owner
A former finance professional turned entrepreneur, Evan has always dreamed of starting a food business. Recognizing the ever present need for new and exciting food concepts in the NYC market, coupled with the recent resurgence in doughnut popularity, Evan launched Doughnuttery. The creation of Doughnuttery combines his passion and love for interesting and exciting foods with his skills as a business person. Evan is joined by his wife, whose family has owned bakeries in NYC for many years, and his brother, a Culinary Institute of America Graduate to round out his team.
