With his back­ground as a New York State pro­fes­sional engi­neer, he has unique knowl­edge of injuries caused by con­struc­tion acci­dents, power and indus­trial equip­ment, and med­i­cine and advanced tech­nol­ogy. He also prac­tices con­tract, patent, copy­right and trade­mark, intel­lec­tual prop­erty and license law. He is admit­ted to prac­tice in New York City and State courts, as well as the U.S. Dis­trict Court for the East­ern and South­ern Dis­tricts of New York.
