History
Established in 2010.
While undergoing intensive medical and homeopathic treatments in a 2-year struggle with Lyme disease, I was flattened by the daily battle with headaches, joint and extremity pain, extreme fatigue, and severely limited mental focus. I was desperate for relief. I tried Craniosacral Therapy at the hands of a very talented therapist, and was amazed by the experience. Within just a few sessions, my headaches lifted, my mental focus improved, and my energy levels increased. As a patient, I was overjoyed. As a Physical Therapist, I was curious… how could this gentle technique make such a difference in how I felt? To satisfy my professional and personal curiosity, I signed up for my first training course in Craniosacral Therapy… and found my view of healing and treatment completely transformed. I am thrilled to say I am now certified in this powerful treatment approach by the Upledger Institute, and use it daily to help others restore balance, recover from injury, and release pain.
