We had a great time working with David, which means a lot since we have a not very cooperative 3 year old, and a 9 month old.
Since we prefer more natural looking photos, we asked David to ditch the studio. David captured exactly what we wanted. Natural looking photos of us around our neighborhood, and even on the subway platform. We ended up with so many AMAZING photos of the kids and of us as a family, that I had a really hard time choosing which ones to use for our holiday cards.
He was very generous with both his time and the amount of pictures we got. If you are looking for the perfect family portrait — look no more.

David recently took my professional head shots. I am not a photogenic person, and normally, choosing photos of myself is a choice between not-​so-​good and not-​good. The atmosphere in the studio was fun and upbeat, and David was able to get the best out of me. To my surprise, I had several great shots to choose from. In fact, a colleague just complimented my new headshot saying «that’s a really good photo!» David’s a real pro, produces great results, and his services are very reasonably priced, its a win win for everyone. David Dupuy and his wonderful stylist took time and effort and make me look my best. I know there is much energy and thought that go into every sitting and all the behind the scenes work. .. retouching, etc. David is a marvelous technician who knows exactly how to help one pose comfortably while using a relaxed approach to put one at ease. He is kind, outgoing and professional. One particular thing that stands out was when I was being shot among a few colleagues, one of my colleagues breached a privacy screen between the photo area and the waiting area. David gently asked my colleague to give us a few minutes to finish which removed an uncomfortable audience. This was so thoughtful and really huge in immeasurable ways! It didn’t hurt that he had chocolates and other delicious refreshments for those waiting their turn. I am grateful for two rounds of gorgeous headshots and look forward to many more with David DuPuy.

I’ve been using Dave DuPuy for years! For a while he was my best kept secret, but as you can see the secret is out of the bag! Dave has shot numerous functions for me from pre/​post constructions shots of my apt, engagement photos, wedding photos, and I’ve even helped pay for him to travel with us on group vacations.
