Dave Carvajal is the CEO of Dave Partners, a specialized boutique search firm in the high-​growth SaaS, mobile & digital media space. The firm specializes in retainer executive search, sourcing the top 1% of A+ talent, succession, talent acquisition strategy, and the search process.

He is an advisor to top VCs, entrepreneurs and CEOs of high-​growth companies on executive assessment and selection, bench strength, organizational strategy and leadership development. Dave built HotJobs to 650 employees, $ 125 million in revenues, IPO and then sold to Yahoo! for $ 436 million as co-​founder. He built TheLadders to 400 employees, $ 80 million in revenues.

Dave is a graduate of Executive Education and Leadership programs from The Wharton School, Columbia Business School, and Harvard Business School.
