All good things with this place. Extremely knowledgable staff that listens and understands automation technologies. Their prices are pretty standard within the industry, and their service department is remarkable. Fast responsive, and flexible. Definitely doing the right thing.

They lived up to their website’s logo… technology made simple. They designed a system that others said couldn’t be done. They made different brands all work together. All Went perfectly, not one complaint. And on large scale, they got even better. I brought my business work to them also. They give lots of attention and are super responsive.

I am the Director of IT of a large restaurant group and I could not be happier with CytexOne. We have a very large divisible restaurant that desperately need an A/​V facelift (Multi-​zone wireless mics, an old Crestron system, multiple distributed projectors and speakers). I contacted a bunch of companies and after meeting with everyone they were clearly the most competent and as it turned out least expensive. It is always hard to find people who can take your vision and run with it and that is exactly what they did. I also have to say that a month out from our install date our old system completely died. They without any coercion pushed me up and got me up and running. When I met them I never found automation people I liked enough to give repeat business to, now I have what I feel is a partner! Even the employees far prefer their final product.

When I started out as a small law firm, I did not have much of a need for advanced technology. Since my office has grown in size, I realized our technology was outdated and we needed to upgrade and I reached out to Cytexone to do that.
They have developed my IT and have made it safer to protect my client’s confidential information. They have also safeguarded the loss of valuable client data.
I would highly recommend them to any company looking to upgrade their technology.

I just moved into a new apartment and hired CytexOne to figure out the best way for me to play music in every room. They provided several options, but I ultimately went with a Sonos whole home audio system. They did the installation while I was at work, and I came home to find a fully functional system. Later that week, Andy came over to train me on the extensive apps offered by Sonos and now my music listening options are unlimmited. I’m looking to upgrade my video and lighting systems in the near future and I look forward to working with CytexOne again.

I recently hired CytexOne to upgrade my apartment’s entertainment system and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I thought I knew a lot about the latest and greatest technology, but the people at CytexOne not only know the technology, they know which brands integrate best with each other. They were able to custom build a small rack full of equipment for my already existing cabinets, and the installation was quick and painless. I’m a happy customer.

I recently moved to an Upper East Side home, in which the previous owners had informed me of their state-​of-​the-​art entertainment system installed by Cytexone. After encountering several issues with this system right away, I contacted the company in hopes of sorting out the seemingly endless list of glitches and blatant malfunctions. After finally getting through, a representative did acknowledge that they had installed this system, and subsequently dispatched consultants who made a home visit to diagnose the problem. Their «consultants» more closely resembled Long Island used car salesmen and not the IT guru types I had expected.
Since then, all of my calls and emails to Cytexone have been ignored. It’s now obvious to me that this firm is more interested in conning their clients out of money than actually installing the type of systems that they claim they’re capable of. In fact, after viewing their website it’s clear that this company offers nothing that is in any way proprietary or unique. Their site merely lists other services such as Spotify and Netflix, that Cytexone is too incompetent to integrate into an suitable home entertainment system. I am giving Cytexone a single star that they do not deserve. In my opinion they are a Cytexzero.

My company, Crossley Acoustics LLC, has had the opportunity to work very closely with the folks over at CytexOne on numerous occasions. Everyone there, from the owners to the programmers are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We’ve done a ton of low voltage wiring for several of their automation systems now and working with them is incredibly pleasant and professional. Having wired many homes and businesses for automation systems being provided by a variety of companies, I can say that their systems are the most beautifully design, seamlessly integrated and spectacularly project managed I’ve seen to date. I haven’t directly been a customer of theirs but having seen how they’ve worked with my company and having seen how they interact with their clients, I’m sure that they’re definitely the best automation provider in the greater NYC area that I’ve ever met. Choose them!

spent in excess of 10k on one of their systems… it broke down in less than a year… sent them a nice email asking them to come and fix it… even implied I would pay for the repair… just wanted it fixed… got this response.
Nice to hear from you. CytexOne may not be the best fit for your needs as we are tailored towards turnkey solutions, as opposed to incremental builds.
