I’ve seen Dr. Miller twice now over the last couple years for routine eye exams. I think she’s a great ophthalmologist. She’s usually on schedule with appts and I appreciate her thoroughness while being efficient and personable. I initially chose her based on the positive reviews and proximity to my apartment. Now that I’m all the way over on the UES, I’ll still make the trek to the west for Dr. Miller.

My experience with Dr. Miller and her staff has always been extremely positive. There are doctors a lot closer to me, but I trust Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller is a very good doctor! However, the customer service is VERY POOR. All of her secretaries have been incredibly rude and unhelpful to me on multiple occasions and one of them even made fun of me once in very poor taste. I would NOT recommend going to see Dr. Miller until she replaces each and every one of her less than civilized secretaries. She is a good doctor but there are other good doctors in the city with much better customer service employees who will actually try to help you rather than yell at you on the phone.

Dr. Miller is a rare gem. Before meeting Dr. Miller, I was bounced around to various specialists for over a year and a half with an eye problem that was limiting my ability to comfortably make it through a day. After other doctors felt they could not correct the problem, I met Dr. Miller. She thoughtfully and patiently pursued solutions over the course of a couple of months until complete success. Nine years later I feel very fortunate that she was my doctor. Anyone who sees her is in excellent hands.

I have never seen as well as I have since i started seeing Dr. Miller. She has this uncanny knack of tweaking the eyeglass prescription so that the world is a much clearer place. I really appreciate Dr. Miller as i look down from the nosebleed seats at a performance! Dr. Miller is an excellent doctor and her staff is friendly and efficient,
