CVS pharmacy

This was the worst experience in what seemed to be a poorly managed pharmacy! The workers there seemed unprofessional and took no interest in helping customers. They didn’t seem care in the performance of their job. okay, maybe it was a long day or something. It’s a people business! There was a guy complaining when i got there and I personally was not served in a proper manner, I was forgotten and misinformed! What is going on there? Never asked for my insurance card and charged me hundreds of dollars. I had to tell them to undue the charge and to use my insurance card! That took forever! I am not accustomed to going to pharmacies and not familiar with the procedures there and it’s not helpful for so-​called professionals to assume that everyone there knows how all this works. Anyway, it was a terrible experience, not to mention a long line in the afternoon. I would say go early and TELL them that you are insured and it should go a lot better for you!
