Sam is a lifesaver! I texted him in a borderline panic after I shattered my screen the night before I was going on vacation. Since I’d be traveling alone, unfamiliar with the local language, and bringing no other technology except my iPhone, the iPhone was pretty important.
He responded right away and arranged to come over to my apartment in an hour to fix the screen. Sam showed up a few minutes early and was done with the repair in less than 20 minutes. He also had cases and screen protectors with him and was able to install a tempered glass screen protectors on my phone in case of future drops.
Overall, fantastic experience! Sam was a total lifesaver, and a super nice guy to boot. Prices are very reasonable, especially given his responsiveness! I hope my iPhone won’t need his help again anytime soon, but I’ve already saved his number in my phone just in case.

Being a senior citizen, I have had many computer «technicians» over the years, and Sam is by far and away the best. When I first called him with a printer problem many months ago in the midst of my tax season (I am a CPA), he came the same evening and fixed my system. Since then, he’s repaired my cell phone reception with me and even interacted with Verizon on my behalf. He is unbelievably reasonable in price and amazingly communicative in simplifying his procedures for me, who grew up with a slide rule and not a computer. He is incredibly reliable and responsible. I don’t think anyone could do a better job. Sam, thank you so much.

Sam is great! Met me within 45 minutes after I first texted him on a Monday night and fixed my broken iPhone 5 screen in a matter of minutes. He also gave me a protective screen and cute little home button sticker. Super reasonable pricing and so helpful. Absolutely contact him if you need a speedy and inexpensive phone repair!

My laptop had a hardware issue that caused it to stop charging all together when plugged in, probably because it has fallen from my sofa once or twice. I was also on a time crunch and needed my laptop repaired within a few days. Sam was super flexible and accommodating about fixing my laptop, and was actually able to get it done in 24 hours. I’ve since moved from Staten Island but would honestly probably not trust anyone else to repair my computer. As someone who is incredibly useless when it comes to laptops, I would have no hesitation mailing my computer to him if I have any issues in the future.

Sam is a cool guy and as everyone has previously said, fixes phones correctly and quickly. He showed up a few minutes before our appointment and replaced an iPhone 5s screen in about 15 minutes. I already need him again, much better than sending your phone away for repairs.

Sam was great! He did two fixes for me. Very reasonable, quick, and relaxed about repairs. My girlfriend’s screen was broken on her iPhone and he quickly got it done. I also had a computer destroyed in car accident and he was able to help me recover data from the hard drive, something that would cost you a lot from other companies. You need something fixed, he’ll do everything he can to make it happen. A+

When I was having difficulty getting all of my TV components properly connected someone I know told me to call Sam. I did and I am happy that I did. He was quick, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, he is competent! All of my gadets are working and I am now going to call him to help with my computer issues.

Computer Sam was excellent. He arrives on time and is fair and up-​front about pricing.
We arranged that he come to my place to fix the glass on my iPhone. Unfortunately, I didn’t tell him the right model. No problem. The next day, he arrived to fix it. My mistake cost him an extra trip and he was kind and gracious. He also fixes computers and has a wide range of services. A+.

Sam came to my house and fixed the broken lock button on my iphone 5, which is a very hard part to repair because you basically have to take the entire phone apart, which involves at least 30 screws. But he was quick, knew what he was doing, great to chat to while he fixed it. I’d totally recommend him to my friends and he’ll be fixing all my iphones in the future.

Long story short, my iPhone 4’s back shattered enough to cut my hand open. I took it to Computer Sam and he had it fixed in no time and he even gave me a band-​aid! He’s personable, very efficient, affordable, and he has great hair ;) Definitely going back for any other techie problems I have.

Sam met me at the Starbucks at Forest Ave and Bard Ave. I cracked my iPhone 5c screen and he repaired it in about 20minutes. Haven’t had any problems with the phone. Easy and straightforward process from a nice guy. I’d highly recommend.
