Our unique club features a salt water swimming pool, a roof deck, a full fitness floor, group exercise room, saunas and locker rooms — all on the same level! Being on the fifth floor allows for city views and members experience exercising in an open, light-​filled environment that maximizes their workouts, and enjoyment.

We offer a full schedule of unique classes including Aqualates (Pilates in the pool), Zumba, Yoga, AbsSolution, Brazilian Jui-​Jitsu, Bootcamp, Cardio Sculpt and many more. We launch new classes on a regular basis.

Located at the bustling beginnings of the Upper East Side, Complete Body 57th Street is an upscale fitness center that offers a one-​of-​a-​kind health and wellness experience. It stands as one of the only gyms in New York, to feature all of its amenities on one level.

Complete Body (established 1995) is a fitness & wellness company offering fitness centers, personal training, group fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, martial arts, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, acupuncture and spa services. The company works off of the Complete Body System, a program and company philosophy that deftly fuses the best components of Eastern and Western philosophies on health and wellness to create the most effective combinations for our clients and members.

We also provide in-​home personal training, as well as outdoor personal training, office personal training, and personal trainers for travel.

Alex R.

Business Owner

In 1995 Alex Reznik founded Complete Body personal training, and has helped hundreds of clients reach a new level of fitness. Born in Russia, Alex studied nutrition at St. Petersburg University and served as a fitness instructor for special elite unites of the Russian Army. He is a graduate of the East Coast Instructor Training School and received a certification in Personal Training & a Gold Certification in Weight Management from the American Council on Exercise. Alex holds the firm belief that everyone can better themselves through the Six Essential Elements: strength, aerobics, flexibility, nutrition, meditation, and rest. Alex has learned from and worked with the best experts in the fields of health & fitness to create the ultimate regimens that deliver a better and more complete you. The results are training programs that combine the best techniques from around the world, to ensure members achieve the most from their bodies.
