My daughter has been with this doctor for almost two years. The office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Even with all their patients they are able to keep the set appointment time so there is hardly any wait. The doctor is pleasant and informative. They also take emergency appointments which is a plus. Even without insurance the office is able to set a great payment plan with you. I highly recommend this orthodontist for yourself or for your child.

Pretty late to the braces game but I’m glad I went through it with Columbia Ortho as the recommended goto. I went to the office in Chinatown and it is clean, very conveniently located right next to the train station, and I hardly ever had to wait very long. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Dr. Frank Lu’s estimated timeframe for me was between 20 — 24 months, and he was on point and helped straighten my teeth in 21! He was always pleasant, and careful and gentle with each visit and you can see how easy he tries to make it for his patients. Try it out and you’ll see what I mean!

It’s a pretty good dental office. The environment is great. You can make appointment so that you will not wast your time to wait. I got a treatment from here, I’ve had my braces 2years and 6months. I think it’s a great way to have beautiful teeth and smile. The workers and dentist are nice for each patient. The dentist will explain exactly how your teeth’s situation. Really good place!

I’ve had braces for about a year now and this orthodontics office has made it as pleasant as possible. The wait time is usually very short (5 – 15 minutes), making it easy to stop in for an appointment. All of the staff are very nice and friendly, as well. After one year, my teeth have drastically changed for the better and I am very satisfied with the current progress.

I never had a huge problem with my teeth or smile, but I always thought it could be better. When I decided to get braces, I was recommended to Dr. Lu by my aunt who praised highly of him and I can understand why. I was very lucky to have Dr. Lu as my orthodontist. He made each visit seamlessly quick and painless as much as possible. Throughout the 2 years I had to have braces on, I made multiple visits to Dr. Lu to get my adjustments done. Each visit with Dr. Lu was always pleasant, very informative, great bedside manner, and answers any concerns I had. He is truly one of the best medical professionals I have encountered. I highly recommend him for any orthodontics needs. Thanks Dr. Lu!

I got my braces the summer of 2013, and I had them removed last month. The process was quick and Dr. Lu did such a great job. I met for an appointment every 4 weeks to adjust the braces; and although everyone tells me it will hurt, it was never this case for me. This location is fast and efficient, the wait is never more than 5 – 10 minutes. Overall, my experience was great, and I am very satisfied with my results. I am 23 and recently finished my invisalign treatment over at the office in Flushing with Dr. Frank Lu and I cannot be happier! Ive been going to the office for a little over 2 years now and I literally got excited for my appts every month! The staff is really nice, the girls at the front are always so sweet, they are also very good at appt reminders and just overall great. Dr Lu is wonderful! He assisted me with my treatment from the beginning letting me know all my options and always listens. my appts were never rushed and my concerns were always answered in detail! Sad my treatment is over and I wont be going back every month but this place deserves 10 stars!!!
