I love how this gym, including the pool, is never crowded. There are always enough cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights to go around. The equipment is also kept very clean and is comparable to those at popular luxury gyms, like Equinox(but I pay so much less $$$ than I would at Equinox). I haven’t really seen any TRX equipment, but I’ve only been a member here for a week, so maybe I just haven’t looked closely enough. The morning group classes are fairly empty(one of the morning spin classes literally had 2 people), so they can lack the high energy vibe, but if you don’t like working out in a crowded space and prefer individualized attention, they’re great! I particularly like the Monday and Friday morning yoga classes with Angela! Her yoga classes are some of the best I’ve taken.

Currently staying in corporate housing in the the adjacent Silver Towers and thus have complementary access to the facilities at Club 7. I’m not too intense with my workouts so the gym has all the basic equipment(treadmill, elliptical, weight machines, etc.) that I would need. I’ve used the steam room and showers — both are kept clean, as is with the rest of the facilities. The staff is friendly and it’s nice to grab an apple as an after-workout snack on the way out. They also offer group workout classes though I’ve not yet attended one. My roommate tried attending a pilates class one weekday morning but apparently no one(including instructor) showed up and the staff did not know what was going on.
