Clementine Courier

Lifesavers!!! I called them with my emergency same day pickup-​delivery order. I was nervous since I was calling from out of state but Erik was very professional and answered all my questions. I had to get an item from a storefront delivered to an office right away. I got an email confirmation of the delivery and it was so speedy (about an hour)! Thank you guys! I know who to call if I’m ever in a similar pinch again!

This review is lonnng over due! Our company has been using this service for about two years now. By far one of the best!
I have not had one single complaint about this service at all. Many times we need things shipped last min to Brooklyn even and need it within the hour and they are sure to deliver on time in the pouring rain! I remember using them before their fancy database and they were still on point! The couriers themselves are cool hipsters who are always polite and helpful, which means a lot because we had another company with rude people who wouldn’t give us straight answers when we had questions.
Keep up the great work guys!

I never write reviews, but I would be ashamed to not give this company a good rep– since their service is absolutely outstanding. I barely see the delivery guys– they are like ninjas– grabbing the packages, disappearing in 10 seconds flat– and always delivering it quickly.
The user experience is great– confirmation emails when the package is delivered, as well as the name of the person who received the package. They just migrated to a new software to handle deliveries– shows pending orders, autofills information and more. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks crisp and professional.
I don’t need to pay each time– they bill us monthly. It is so convenient.
I have never had any hiccups– the staff will respond to any inquiry via email in a few minutes, as well as be really helpful on the phone. I highly recommend Clementine Couriers!

I normally don’t have time to post reviews, but since I had a terrible mismanaged experience with a different courier service just moments ago, I have to post how great this one was.
Bad service (A diff messenger service earlier this morning): They are located a few blocks from my house in Williamsburg. They said they would pick up in 40 minutes and go immediately to downtown Manhattan to drop off. After 1.25 hours, I called and they said they had dispatched someone else and would take another 20 minutes for pick up. After arriving in a super sketch van, not knowing where they were going or when they were going, they accused me of not having my story straight so I cancelled.
Good service: I then found Clementine Courier, which was located across the bridge in Manhattan. They were super nice, rode to Williamsburg and picked up within 15 minutes and said they were going straight to the drop off location, which was back in Manhattan. For cheaper.
I just got the delivery confirmation that it was delivered. 30 minutes total. Will never use anyone else!

Great courier service. Setting up an account over the phone was quick. The service is very professional and they practically teleport items across the city. Very reliable.

They’re not terrible, but they definitely over-​promised and under-​delivered.
They claimed to be able to pick up my package in downtown Brooklyn and deliver it in Manhattan in about an hour. They said their messenger would pick up the package in ~20 minutes. The messenger (a guy on a skateboard) took over *100* minutes (well over the 1-​hour promised turnaround time) just to pick up the package. The entire pickup and delivery took *3 hours*.
During this delay, I had a very difficult time getting updates from the dispatcher; more often than not, I’d get their voice mail. When I did reach the dispatcher, he claimed that the initial pick up was delayed due to trouble with the train system. However, that didn’t explain why the messenger was so slow to deliver the package after he picked it up (we’re in downtown Brooklyn; if one train line is down, take a different one into the city instead).
At the end of the day, the dispatcher apologized and agreed to only charge me the «3 hour» rate instead of the higher «1 hour» rate. The thing is, my package didn’t absolutely have to get there within an hour; the 3-​hour turnaround still worked for my purposes. Frankly, if they had just done a better job of setting realistic expectations, I wouldn’t have been disappointed.

Clementine Courier has been reliable and efficient for my firm.
I will work till 3am or 4am and send assignments and have things going so that when the morning starts, my team and my business is off and running.
Recently I needed something picked up and delivered immediately in the morning. I was able to use Clementine’s web page order form and email some other directions and they executed my directions flawlessly. They emailed me as soon as my package was delivered as per my request.
I highly recommend this company based on my experience with them.
Note:
I saw a one star review which said someone got no service on Saturday. I saw on their website that it specifically says there is no weekend service. Just a good thing to put out there… also they seem to close at 7. My after 7 requests have been for the morning and they get picked up first thing in the morning.

another company called my small graphic design company, saying they wanted to send over some promotional materials. NBD. called clementine, said i didn’t know what they’d be picking up. the girl arrived 30 minutes later with a MINI FRIDGE STRAPPED TO HER BACK.

I had a great experience when I used them six months ago.
This weekend, however, I had a TERRIBLE experience. Saturday morning I filled out the online form for a delivery and left the package with my doorman. Four-​hour window.
Sunday morning — the package is still here! They never came to pick it up. I called the twice — on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning — and no one picked up or called me back. My e-​mail to them was also ignored.
Terrible customer service!!! Awful awful awful.

These guys are seriously great! Extremely friendly (both on the phone and in person), very reasonable rates and of course, James, the super hottie who came to my door this morning! You really don’t need to look anywhere else. Their service is impeccable! Thanks Clementine Couriers!

I’ve known plenty of messengers but few have been as lovely as these folks. They offer amazing customer service, great rates, beautifully designed brochures, are wicked fast, totally accommodating, and impossibly friendly. Use them. Love them. Live a better life.

Seriously cute bike messengers who are super friendly and must pedal at the speed of light because they are here in two-shakes-of-a-lamb’s-tail! The rates are also some of the lowest in town and they’ll do personal shopping for you. Highly recommended.
