I only faced one issue, where they miscounted my cash deposit by $ 1,000, which I later caught only after I examined the receipt several hours later. They assured me they would’ve realized their mistake by EOD, but I’m not so sure how they would’ve attributed that $ 1k to me and not anyone else… I called the manager to alert them of this (in case there was any wrongdoing or otherwise) and they gave me a call back and was pretty courteous (although they did defend the teller’s actions and intent).
Other than this snafu, the folks here are very very sweet, which isn’t all that common at other branches.

The tellers are all fast, professional, and efficient. They actually try to start a conversation other than the usual «How are you today?».

This Citibank sits in the heart of Koreatown’s West 32nd Street where tellers resonate multi-​diversity of languages Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Spanish. Service is promptly moderate. Sufficient ATM machines are available in the foyer area.

Fast, Friendly, Efficient
This is probably the most international/​cosmopolitan one out of all the Citibank branches I’ve been to. It’s located in Koreatown so most staff are Korean. However, there are non-​Korean tellers here too. The best part is in addition to Korean and English, some staff members here speak Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, and Japanese too! So there is NO need to absofuckinglutely worry and sweat your ass off when trying to communicate and address your issues to the staff. They are here to assist and help you with your banking needs.
