I couldn’t imagine a worse customer service experience, and this didn’t even involve the airlines! Both the teller and the manager were incredibly short and unhelpful, repeatedly refusing to answer my questions and contradicting themselves when trying to answer basic questions about cashing a check! Finally they simply gave up and stonewalled me, telling me that they couldn’t discuss client issues despite the fact that they had just been doing so.
I will never, ever, ever bank with Citi. Ever.

As I was walking into this location to use the ATM I was thinking, why does this place have such bad reviews? I’ve been a Citibank customer for years with very little problems. Well as I put my money in the ATM to make a deposit the ATM just eats it! It give me a receipt saying it cannot return my cash. I called customer service and was told by a supervisor not to worry that my money would be credited. As I’m typing this I’m on the phone again with customer service cause my money hasn’t been credited yet. The worse part is there’s no record of my call. Sigh so frustrating

Literally the worst customer service ever, and least efficient branch I’ve ever been to. There are three floors and it’s a fairly large space, and with the location you would assume it would be highly staffed and effectively serve the clientele of the area… but it’s quite the opposite. Barely anyone working, very slow and lacking great service skills, and don’t show any apparent care for their customers. This is the closest one to my apartment so I generally come here, but honestly, the awful service here has forced me to choose to switch to Chase. Hence why I’ve been sitting here for half an hour on the top floor. Do Not come to this branch if you don’t have to.
