giving them one star because they don’t have a coin counter. what kind of bank doesn’t have a coin counter? this is a very basic tool that all banks should have.

I have never had anything but good service from this branch of Citibank. As a matter of fact, it’s one of the only ones where I’ve had the experience of being treated like a person instead of an account. I had to do a lot of business here when my mother was an invalid and then passed away and they were helpful and knowledgeable and could not have been better. Sure the lines can be long at times. But their tellers are sharp and the management is great.

Like going to the DMV and the dentist, in general I hate banks. But they do serve a purpose and when I’m forced to use one, I’m glad this one is in my neighborhood.
Service is quick and efficent and the staffs are okay. I’m usually greeted with a smile and they really try to get me out of there ASAP.
It seems the bank listened to the last poster cause they do have a new manager there. In addition to being hot, I often see her greeting and handling translations herself! Nothing makes me feel more like a millionaire than getting that VIP service. Little do they know I’m really broke lol

What a mess it is every time I need to step foot past the ATM area. Understaffed and those who are working are either unqualified, under-​qualified, or under-​rested. Conflicting information, no explanation, incorrect policy description, and general rudeness all converge for a pretty awful banking experience. 2 stars merely because 1 star normally means 0 (IMO since 0-​star reviews cannot be had) and 2 stars means they provide a service I use, albeit reluctantly, and they’re nearby.
