This Upper West Side location is by far the best Citi-​Bank location as far as customer-​service! Its clean, bank tellers are friendly and efficient. I have both my Business and Personal accounts there. David Han, the Branch Director/​Manger, is personable, available, and helpful. He makes you feel like a priority no matter how small or complex the banking issue. His leadership definitely contributes to the overall sense of a small– town– bank in a big city environment.
Only Negative: They (along with many other Citi-​branches) are no longer opened on Saturdays.

Excellent service! The staff is well trained for all my business needs. My business has never had a problem with this branch. Any questions and products I inquired about was fully explained to me with no hidden fees like other banks. Thanks for the great services. keep it up!

This is my branch — I have been at Citi for over 20 years and found that the folks who are working at this branch are helpful, greet me by name and always give great customer service. The branch is large and clean. The only downside is that they don’t have safety deposit boxes — and I have to use another branch for that, but it’s a small price to pay.
