Great ladies who are prompt in servicing you — zero wait time — gotta love that! Plus they are all very skillful and accurate in the art of eyebrow threading indeed. They never disappoint! My eyebrows are always on point thanks to coming here!

Even though they only charge like $ 5 or $ 6 for brows, my cousins had raved about this place for years, so I decided to go. I don’t have luscious bushy eyebrows like they do; mine are a little more complex because they’re sparse. So it takes someone who actually knows what they’re doing to make them look good.
I asked for a wax and the girl seemed uncomfortable, but she said she could wax. I was not satisfied with the results; I looked surprised a nice guy friend so happily told me moments later. When I went to pay, my brow waxer rung me up. I gave a ten the girl assumed that I was tipping her and held onto the change without asking! I told her to give me all of my money. That was the first smile she gave me– an embarrassed one. Mind you, she couldn’t muster the energy to be warm or smile at me when I first came in.

DO NOT GO HERE! The short story: they will remove the near entirety of your brows and make you look totally insane then tell you «you are just not used to it». If you want the bald eagle look, go to Cinderella’s. The long story: I go in for facial threading regularly. Every time I sat in Lisa’s chair, I reminded her «no brows please». Now you would think I would not have to DECLARE not to have my brows done but, I really do not want anyone touching my brows so I make the excessive statement. Lisa would often seem annoyed and say «I know». Today went to see Lisa for facial threading and said, I want facial threading. I did not make the excessive statement but I never stated nor implied nor even hinted I wanted my brows done. Let me state that facial threading is a service with a stand alone fee and eyebrow threading is NOT included in the facial threading service. Brows is a completely different service with it’s own price. If you want both, you pay both fees. Well, during the service, I felt a bunch of hairs come out one eyebrow and immediately said «you are not removing any brow hairs, are you, don’t remove any brow hairs?» She said «no». She continued and I felt it again and I said, I do not get any brow shaping, I like to leave them alone. She said «yeah, I know». She then continued the threading facial then when she reached the forehead area and was working down, I felt more brow come off! I asked again and Lisa said she was just «cleaning around». After it was done I looked in the mirror and was horrified, I literally had ¹⁄₃ of my eyebrows left. She did not chop half off, which would have been upsetting; she chopped off ²⁄₃ of my brows! I had thick beautiful brows and now I have the thinnest, ugliest line. I said «you threaded my brows, I didn’t want that!» She said «no, just clean up». I wanted to cry but paid, tipped generously and left because I did not want to embarrass her in front of the other customers. What happened next was unbelievable. I telephoned and Lisa picked-​up. I said «Lisa, you removed most my brows, why did you do that? I look awful.» She said «I have too many customers I can’t remember you don’t want brows.» I said «but I never asked you for brows!» She said «no, you told me after I was done not to do your brows». She denied this 3 times! Then she finally admitted that «it was too late by the time you asked me, I already started, I had to finish it». What is more mysterious is that if she really thought I wanted brows then is it not standard for a customer to say «I want my brows threaded» or even use the word «brow»? And if she somehow thought brows are implied in facial threading, then is it not expected she would have asked «how do you want your brows, thin, thick etc». What an arrogant, rude person. I told her «Lisa, I can’t go to work with these thin brows, I look like a crazy person». She said «you are just not used to it.» I can’t express how ugly they look, Lisa destroyed my brows. She hung up on me when I asked for the manager. DO NOT go here unless you want to leave with the ugliest brows that will take you 6 months of humiliation to grow out.

The first time getting my eyebrows threaded AND fake lashes done, so this review is a two-​for-​one.
Eyebrows– I asked them specifically to leave them thick; I just wanted a clean-​up.
This did not happen.
However, while my eyebrows were thinner than I requested, they looked really good, so perhaps they knew better than me.

Eyelashes– Midway through getting threaded, the woman asked if I wanted to get my brows done. Since it was the day before my birthday, I decided to be adventurous. Bad idea.
I chose Medium rather than Small, so I left there looking like a cross between Miss Piggy and Nicki Minaj. What’s worse, I could barely keep my eyes open with the extra weight, and the top third of my vision was obstructed.
After a few days, I was tired of looking like a cross-​dresser, I decided to return to the salon to have the lashes removed. I was pointed to a chair in front of a mirror, and given Q-​tips + a bottle with some type of acidic oil that burned my eyes upon (constant) contact and told to help myself.
90 minutes later, I finally had the lashes off. I also looked like cancer patient. Never, ever again.

I came here to get my eyebrows done after about 3 months (I did them myself meanwhile) after reading the reviews I thought I would have a positive experience. NO they removed half of my eyebrow like seriously who said that was ok? My eyebrows went from thick to a line, not cool

great service, and quick. I am new to Harlem and hadn’t tried getting my crazy italian eyebrows threaded, and I needed it BAD. I came in without an appointment, got my eyebrows threaded, and decided to ask about eyelashes and the woman who was helping me was really informative, so I got them and love them! I will definitely be returning here, and more often because its so cheap!

Not going to lie. the place looks totally sketch from the outside. but the threading that goes on in there is legit and cheap. Gets the job done and they know what they’re doing. I never have to tell them how I like it… they totally get it and I’m never scared that they may butcher the brows… and they have a discount card!!! #WINNING

I’ve been here twice. Clean, gets the job done. The second time, the woman was verrrrrrry heavy handed so it turned me off a bit. Not sure if I will be back here.

I’ve only been here twice and just for eyebrow threading, so I can’t comment on the other services offered. maybe I’ve gone in at good times or just had otherwise good luck, but my eyebrows came out beautifully and I was in and out in under ten minutes. when I asked the woman threading my brows to get rid of a couple strays in a tough-​to-​reach spots and she happily did so with tweezers.

So this one time I decided to try threading for the first time… I’m glad I did! It was the worst pain ever, but I love the job she did! They look great!
I also got my nails done. You can’t beat the price, and the customer service was great. I had a terrible manicure previous and she fixed me right up. I now sport a lovely gel polish and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend this place:)

I love this spot. Lisa and Ruby does a great job on my individuals lashes. I decided to give my lids a break so I decided to let Ruby do my strip lashes. I needed to put the strips on otherwise I’ll be looking like a cancer patient. Ruby did a good job. They stayed on almost a week, but I took them off sooner than needed. So then I tried Freya (sp?) 3 days ago to do my strips because Ruby was out, but they were somewhat crooked and starting falling off because they weren’t glued on securely on the ends. I’ll have to go back again tomorrow to do my strips again and hopefully Ruby will be there. Other than that, these girls do lashes with their eyes closed.

So far, so good!

I’ve been here a few times and based on those experiences, I would’ve rated it maybe 3 stars. The average threading, waxing salon that doesn’t do an amazing job but not so lousy either. Until my last experience…
I went in for a Brazilian bikini wax and left WITHOUT SKIN down there!!! The waxer didn’t even tell me or do anything to do the patch of skin that was raw, bloody and whiter than the rest of my skin, bc she had ripped it off!!! It hurt for several days after that while trying to heal and now, 2 weeks later, it’s still red and raw.
To add insult to injury, there were a lot of missed hairs! So I went thru all of this for hair to still be there AND get burned and my skin torn off too???

Ladies this place is the bomb! I’ve been here soooo many times over the past couple of years I can’t even count… They are all extremely nice and very good at what they do…
I went here yesterday to get my lashes done because I haven’t had them in a long time and I didn’t want to pay an arm & a leg for them at winks or jj’s…They charge $ 125 and up, when Cinderella on charges $ 16 for lashes… I must say I’m the kind of person who is skeptical about getting certain things done for cheap… I feel like sometimes you get what you pay for… But not here! I’m so happy I gave this salon a try…
I have gotten my eyebrows done here as well and they thread beautifully… No complaints what so ever with this place. So if you want professional, inexpensive service with a quality result then you should definitely come here!!!
I never got any of the other services but I know they offer waxing, and facials here as well… I must admit this place is a not fancy smansy at all… So don’t be shocked when you walk in. I can deal with their appearance because their work is fabulous hands down!

I only get my eyebrows threaded. No waxing. Ever. Tweezing only in the case of an emergency. I know my threading spots.
Cinderella is completely average. I got my eyebrows done three days ago and I’ve got some stray hairs and some uneven-​ness. $ 6 is the best price ever. And there’s a customer loyalty thing (you go nine times and the 10^th time you get your eyebrows done for free,) which is really cool. But there are a LOT of places that will do your eyebrows for $ 6. I’m on the hunt for somewhere else.

I got my eyebrows done last week and they’re so spot on, I keep getting compliments on them every where I go.
I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here a dozen times now and haven’t had a bad threading job, yet.

I wont be back. I came here this weekend to get my eyebrows threaded. After walking up some super dingy stairs, I walked into the even dingier «eyebrows spa.» Spa — ya right. I’m not picky about décor, as long as things are clean, but the real problem with this place was that I walked out with cuts ALL over my face from the threading!
I’ve been to threading places all over the city and never have I received so many nicks from threading! Some of these are deep too. It’s been two days and they are still not healed and sting anytime water gets in them.
To top it all off, I’ve definitely had better threading done elsewhere. My eyebrows are good, at best.
Do yourself a favor: resist the urge to save a buck or two and go elsewhere. Although the threading is only $ 6, you get what you pay for.
Will NOT be back.

This place was a little intimidating. It’s right smack in the middle of W 125^th St which is busy with traffic and people. Its on the 2^nd floor of an odd old buidling. I almost missed it but thankfully the crack head sitting on the steps in front led me right to it. The place itself is shoddy but I have to say I was very pleased with my eyebrows. Wait time was decent, 5 minutes on a weekday at 4pm. The customers waiting were serious about their eyebrows and lashes. They also do eyelash extension here. Cant rate them on that as I have never gotten those. Dont need em, my eyelashes are naturally wonderful.

Tney use a lash adhesive that bonds the lashes to the roots of ur lashes, which causes all lashes to come out! next time you’re there, take a second to observe how many bald lashed women are waiting for their transplants, I meant lashes.
